I think the amount of violence and abuse on this show is desensitising us to aggression.

1. Razia tortures badi bi

2. Zoya pushes Asad

3. Asad grabs Zoya

4. Ayaan grabs Humeira

5. Humeira slaps Ayaan

Sigh!

@Bold: Indeed!! 😔.
All this violence (abuse actually) is now more distasteful than disturbing. And if this violence continues then the production team needs to realise that no matter how inventive and perverted it becomes it'll have less and less effect on the audience! Somebody ought to explain to Gul & co. the law of diminishing marginal returns.
Basically, violence is just lazy and clumsy script-writing and screenplay. Gul & co. need to pull up their socks, and find alternate and more effective plot devices.

Often it is considered that the increase in TRP's is due to the fact that the audience is all for the nonsense that iscurrently being shown, but there are people like me who keep watching, no matter how sad it may seem, actually just want to get to the crux of the story, the main focal point ,to see how it all transpires and of course there is the much dreaded curiosity on social issues raised which all ends up in resulting in the increase of TRP'S.It is very sad that everything just mounts up to statistics and number's of all individuals watching, heedless of what their reasons for watching may be.

They come part and parcel with the show; just cause we're watching it doesn't mean we like it. There is more to the show that I hope people are watching outside of this nonsense. And there is a lot more that this show has except this terrible romanticism of violence.

Very true indeed Laila!Just because one watches this show or any other show with all this manic, mayhem, madness, rowdiness or whatever you wanana call it,it does not mean that we are liking this level of utter nonsnese! It really does make me wonder if all this is all a prreconceived notion on the maker's part or simply plain ignorance.
Do they even realize what they are showing?
What the hell is one suppossed to make of it all?
Badi Bi being hanged from the celing...what was one supposed to feel whilst watching this ridiculous display?...be concerned, disturbed or simply laugh out loud?!🤪

I saw it...totally OTT and don't know if I should go 😲 or😆 or 🤪- or all three.

I like the show but these elements make me wonder about the PH team and their value system and the message they want to send to the public. And all this is supposed to be entertainment?

I have nothing against violence; it is the type of violence we're seeing here - that which occurs between two couples and how it is passed of as passionate and romantic. It's seriously dysfunctional and dangerous. Asad's grabbing of Zoya is not romantic and is used by the PH to get them to touch each other. It's going overboard.

Dilshaad, Ayaan, Humeira and Shireen need to just die under a rock or something. Pathetic. And the slap was uncalled for!

THIS.

My emotions exactly.
