OS :My Take/prediction on Gudiya Factory Raaz:
Zoya's father and mother who are the owners of Gudiya factory. They are very rich yet very good human beings. They have 2 daughters Zoya and Humaira. Zoya's mamu's daughter also lives with them. ( Zoya's Aapi) who is very much loved by Zoya's mom and their family like their own and treated like the elder daughter of the family.Rashid and Mamu ( also related to Zoya's father as his long distance relative )work for Zoya's father. Mamu's family consists of himself, Razia and Shireen ( Mamu's muboli sister). Due to Rashid's intelligence, honesty and hardworking nature he has the confidence and trust of Zoya's father.
Due to this increased trust of Zoya's father on Rashid, Zoya's father chooses Rashid as a trustee/guardian for his business and well being of his daughters in his will if any unforeseen event happens. This makes mamu and mumani angry. So they decide to hatch a big sazish to gain the control of all of Zoy's father's empire and his wealth. They use Shireen to seduce Rashid. Rashid is a family oriented man who loves his wife and son very much. When Razia realizes that he is not falling for Shireen's charm, Razia plays a dirty game by sedating both Rashid and Shireen and creating a situation where under the influence of sedatives Rashid is caught in the moment of vulnerability with Shireen. When Rashid realizes this, he is ashamed of himself and not ready to face Dilshaad. Rashid realizes soon that Shireen is pregnant as the result of that night. His conscience is making him guilty of whatever he did with Dilshaad and Shireen. Mamu and Razia emotionally blackmail him and make feeling him worst for ruining Mamu's unweded sister's life. Rashid confesses this to Dilshaad and decides to honor the responsibility of Shireen's unborn child as he is at fault. Dilshaad is sad and angry but in her mind trying to understand her husband, one weak moment in his life and how it is changing their life, his confession for accepting his fault and his decision for trying to take responsibility of his own actions and standing up for a girl so that her future won't get ruined in the society.
No matter how angry Dishaad is, she knows in her heart Rashid is flawed but not a bad person who can willfully do such thing to hurt her or their family.
She forgives Rashid.Shireen unaware of her Bhai-Bhabi's intentions,
is so grateful that Rashid married her and given her the respect of his wife and name to their unborn child. Rashid is taking responsibility of both of
his wives and kids. Mamu and Razia play their next card. Ayaan is born and here Dishaad is expecting Najma. Shireen is instigated by Razia over Dishaad and Rashid relationship. But Shireen feels somewhat guilty for coming in between Dishaad and Rashid. She feels grateful for Dishaad still accepting Shireen and Ayan in their lives even after she tried to steal her husband. After few months, after Ayan is born Shireen decides to go away from Rashid's life as she knows Dishaad will
take good care of Rashid and Ayan. That is where Rashid comes to Dishaad with Ayan. Dishaad still hurt in her mind accepts as usual the life that is thrown at her. Here Mamu/Razia shows false documents/proofs by creating a picture in Rashid and Zoya's father's mind that Gudia factory is on the verge of bankruptcy and the only solution to rebounce and gain the old stature of the business and save the name of the family is to claim insurance money by creating a fire damage of the factory. Since Zoya's father trusts Rashid he asks him to take care of this matter. Mamu instigates Rashid to do this ASAP to save the reputation of Zoy's father. On Najma's first b'day Rashid puts up a fire in the factory. Razia takes the pictures of Rashid. In the same spot, after Rashid is gone, Razia hires people to trap Zoya's parents who try save themselves from the fire but they are unsuccessful. Zoya is with her mom. Her mom is surrounded by fire and Zoya is screaming for help. Zeenat ( Zoya's Aapi) somehow manages to pull away Zoya from the fire but she could not save Zoya's mom. Zoya's dad is unconscious and he also becomes the victim of that fire. The pictures of Zoya's mom and dad surrounded by vicious flames of fires are taken by Razia. Razia confronts Rashid the very next day. Rashid is trying to prove his innocence. But Razia shows him his pictures of putting up the fire, pictures of zoya's mom/dad in that fire on the same sopt, his signatures taken on insurance claim papers to claim insurance money for the factory and stresses the fact that how he is the guardian/trustee for Zoya and Humeira's property. Who will believe his innocence? Rashid in his mind is convinced that he is responsible for the accidental death of Zoya's parents and Zoya when he puts up the fire to save the factory. To save himself and his family Rashid gives in to all the conditions that Mamu and Razia are putting in front him. Razia convinces Shireen to be back in Rashid's life and Rashid to severe all ties with his family making Dishaad believing that Rashid choose Shireen and her wealth. Mamu makes Rashid partner and asks him to live a life of the rich and successful businessman and move on with his life as it is good that the razz of gudiya factory should be buried. Thinking Zoya is dead in the fire, Razia takes care of Humaira as her own daughter only because she is the sole heiress of their wrongfully acquired empire from their father. Rashid is the trustee for Humaira's wealth. So In order to keep Rashid/Humeira into their home so that they can have access to everything, Razia after knowing that Humeira has feelings for Ayan tries hard to push for Ayan/Humeira marriage. Humeira, a sweet, self less girl just like her sister Zoya who always seeks happiness in making/sacrificing for other people's happiness.
After the Gudiya factory razz is out in the open (how Rashid was framed and what happened to her mother) because of Zoya's efforts, Zoya is emotionally broken down to realize the reality of her mom's death. Mamu puts all the blame on Razia acting all innocent signaling Razia that he has some other plan that he needs to execute to get everything back for himself and Razia soon.
Everyone, now understand the truth behind Rashid's actions. It is still long way to for everyone to come in terms with his innocence.
Zoya is still in the dark of what happened with her father, weather he is alive or not. All the emotional turmoil over her mother's death , Asad is feeling her pain. Somewhere in his mind, when he knows his father is innocent but still unintentionally he is the reason for Zoya's pain.
What happens next to Asad and Zoya??? How the lives of Rashid/Dilshaad/Shireen and these two families will be impacted now that Rashid's innocence is out in the open? What will happen to Humaira/ Ayan… so many questions are still unanswered…
