DKS can't be compared to this. There were too many variables there unlike here.

If it was a good actor who could do justice and match up to KSG, i would have been okay with it or at least I would have been convinced to watch it.

Rishab will ruin, in my opinion, the amazing acting skills portrayed by Raazia, Karan, Badi bi, Surbhi - There are all fabulous and Rishab will not do good in the mix.

It's less about the audience and more about a business decision. And I would like to think Gul has become wiser with time.

And a soap never has any fixed story. It's only about tracks which go up to few weeks. Everything else is a fuzzy could/would/may/subject to change.

Slow torture IT IS. The aftermath of that SLAP is here to stay for a while and Asad is already tormented. Yesterday's Dance seq was not merely a dance , it was Asads overwhelming feelings for her mixed with Guilt and remorse. As I said many times before Just WAIT AND WATCH before jumping to a conclusion. This is not a chirpy love story Only , it is Multi layered and although my second desi soap only I am begining to understand 4 Lions layered storyline a bit nowadays .I am not good with analysis or symbolisms but here everything happens for a reason and most scenes are interrelated. We shouldn't be impatient and wait for the right time.
Anyway wonderful post Laila. Keep them coming .

@ Simran yes 4 Lions change their storyline keeping public demand in mind. They are here in the forum also. We know that much from the previous show.
@Rockerchick I still feel that yesterday's scene was pre planned. It has nothing to do with the viewers posts against that slap. I am sure about it completely.

hey yaar no offense but PH do give in sometimes
in their previous show there was huge cry that the male lead never apologized
to the female lead for his deeds
then we had a half baked apology scene from the lead
they do listen to viewers
i can speak for this PH but don t know about others 😆😆

Pre planned? Dont think so. I have not forgotten this PHs ' complete lack of planning in their TWO previous shows.

There might be only 2 reason for yesterdays apology

1-- The PH has at last learnt that respecting women is a must

2-- They have read all of Laila's and companys protest letters.

So congrats gals. Good job! I was thrilled when I saw the beginning of more remorse to come yesterday.

I m happy the matter is being taken a bit seriously by the ph though what they are showing is not what I wanted 2 see but still I m happy with whats shown.

You think he apologised because of the out cry?

I bet that was part of the script. Just because A happened and B happened after that, does not mean A led to B.

If A had not happened, B would have happened any way.😆

At this rate, everything will start looking like it is on public demand.

Seriously, the PH does not have enough sense to know the male lead has to apologise?

The half baked apology...purely my opinion...it was half baked beacuse 'picture abhi baaki tha' and then suddenly theer was no male lead around to show the baaki picture.😆

If that had happened also, I bet you'd have said that A led to B.😉

I was happy yesterday when I saw Asad feeling really guilty for what he did to Zoya...real remorse and this is what I wanted to see...at least the first step

When the apology episode was shown last week over a cup of black bitter coffee, I was like really pissed and thought they would just sweep this matter under the carpet, but for this week I have seen Asad feeling really guilty 3 times already. And I am kinda happy that the CV's have shown this...I so wanted guilt to eat Asad from inside and I got that yesterday...the more , the better...

And we have seen that although Zoya forgave him instantly , the trauma is still there when she flinched when he raised his hand...gosh the guilt in Asad's eyes did it for me. So now it is up to Asad to regain her trust , coz as matters are now, Zoya is still afraid for Asad somewhere, esp when he gets pissed...

Let's see how the CV's deal with this in the upcoming episodes. At least a first step to real redemption has been made.

And by the way I loved the song they used during the dance...

Hi Shaz, I think a lot of people don't realize that just because we've praised what we saw today, we've changed. No, we still hold with what we've said so far. What we are doing is pointing what has been done well today and that this is still not enough and more needs to be done in order for this couple to work again. What we saw was a step in the right direction, but not the final solution. Flash in the pan? Step in the right direction?...no-one knows.
