Why jump the gun and assume that she was 'okay' with the violence. Admitting to watching a show does not mean that you must agree to everything that is being shown. I watched IPK and found his actions towards her disgusting. Needless to say, I wasn't even fond of the girl either. In fact why did I even watch the show?
Point is, during that time there was numerous debates about the violence. How can you be so sure that she was not a part of the debate and going against the male leads behaviour?
some other forum member who are not fan of qh.
comes in the forum with suspicious intention.
especially some member who are not fan of qh and also comes form a show's forum where they blamed qh and ksg for the end of their show .
their intention and activity in our forum seems not positive.

Guys I understand you didnt like the slap and the reinforcement of it in yesterday's epi with mitwa in the background...making it romantic. But its just a tv show. No intelligent human being will learn life lessons from tv shows...especially indian tv shows.
I understood the outrage trust me. Back when IPK was coming on...and Arnav was torturing Khushi after the blackmailed wedding. My friends and I were outraged. So much so that we stopped watching it after a while...couldnt take it anymore. That was a big deal...waht Arnav did..the mental torture and anguish, the deception of trust. And after doing all this...he never even apologized. There was no redemption track and she just forgave him without even one sorry. Atleast Asad apologized and Zoya forgave him because I think she felt a bit responsible at that time (she thought if she had never brought mariyam home then all this wouldnt have happened...well we now now mariyam's presence had nothing to do with this).Compared to Arnav what Asad did isnt even half as bad. I would take a slap anyday over the mental torture Arnav gave (who somehow girls are in love with)...he shouldnt have hit her that hard yes, but if I had written a letter it would be in regard to what happened in IPK.

Guys I understand you didnt like the slap and the reinforcement of it in yesterday's epi with mitwa in the background...making it romantic. But its just a tv show. Calm down. No intelligent human being will learn life lessons from tv shows...especially indian tv shows. Crazy fangirls are probably the only ones taking shows veryseriously. And they dont show this stuff expecting us to learn any lessons. Its all about entertainment as RK says (I'm watching Madhubala right now, thus I recalled it.)
I understand the outrage trust me. Back when IPK was coming on...and Arnav was torturing Khushi after the blackmailed wedding. My friends and I were outraged. So much so that we stopped watching it after a while...permanently that too because I simply could not accept a hero who does all this and still doesnt redeem himself. It ruined the way I looked at Arnav and Khushi after that happened. I saw a heartless bas***d in Arnav and a stupid moron in Khushi. That was a big deal...waht Arnav did..the mental torture and anguish, the deception of trust. And after doing all this...he never even apologized. There was no redemption track and she just forgave him without even one sorry. Atleast Asad apologized and Zoya forgave him because I think she felt a bit responsible at that time (she thought if she had never brought mariyam home then all this wouldnt have happened...well we now now mariyam's presence had nothing to do with this).Comparedto Arnav what Asad did isnt even half as bad. NO I never felt anything like that while watching that scene. It was NOT Romanticized. I feel it's just in us viewers mind hence we feel that way. I think many of us mistook that scene that way since Asad and Zoya are a couple( in our mind and in future)and we expect them to have eye lock and tender moments every time they are together. Ofcourse those who are not comfortable with Dark love stories might feel offended in that scene.Originally posted by: adeeti10
Well it's not crime against women... It's romanticisation of violence that's being addressed here if I'm not mistaken.
