First things first,

If we hold Zoe responsible for her impulsive and thoughtless behaviour and callousness, Asad too has a massive drawback apart from being a MCP Cynic. That is , his absolute refusal to listen to the other side - to the other person and their POV. Except Ayaan, Asad always zips up others and that includes Dilshad. And today, Zoe voiced that as well - Mr. Khan, meri koi bhi baat kabhi bhi kyun nahiin sunte hain?"... True. Asad kisi ki nahiin suntaa hai - phir band bajjti hai aur Asad phir damage control karne nikal padta hai. Dear Asad, if you will never give the other person a chance to talk and put forward their POV , how will you ever come to an understanding? Why can't you always lend a ear to others like you lent one to Zoe yesterday. Why do you do that? Scared that the other person maybe right and you will have to let your guard down? Perhaps.

I liked how Asad and Zoe began to work as a team today - FINALLY. Asad realized that he was wrong in not listening to Zoe about the attacker and he let her talk -FINALLY. Without interrupting her or rolling his eyes at her blabber , he listened to her with an eager and emotional ear. When Zoe said that the collar piece was enough to at least start looking for the attacker, Asad didn't exactly dismiss her suggestion. Its about his darling Ammie and finally, both him and Zoe are on the same side for the woman they both love - Dilshad.

I also loved how both were so emotional about recounting and reconstructing the whole shooting incident - without being mechanical smart CSI workers. Zoe's realization that the attacker came to kill Dilshad and her falling on her knees saying 'sorry' to Asad that she let it happen . Asad understanding her position and looking at her emotionally , only to avert his eyes when she looked back again.

Its a relief to see no bitterness between AsYa and their understanding finding way between their Tom and Jerry banter. Asad is not exactly 'THERE' but he has begun to understand Zoe and yes, he doesn't like to see her cry.

So, where do we go from here? Who knows. Humraahi hain... humsafar aur humdard banne ka safar abhi baaki hai...

Oh, and that title of the post. Remington Steele were a sexy investigation duo on TV years ago.

I really loved yesterdays episode...Asad seriously needs to start trusting people and also LISTEN to them for his own good...May be its a sign this might lead to a long seperation b/w him and zoya once they falll for each other (which aint near anytime sooner😆) The asad Zoya scenes were really good.Loved how both of them working together atm.

Hi nice post..

Asad still has lot to learn😉, probably by now he trust her but still find her kiddish. And rightly so, I must say after his serious convo yesterday was busted by her giggles..

He has to learn alot about her, the girl's mind works even when she is not really thinking, she comes across a teenage girl, but holds more into her.

Waiting for Mr and Ms Smith to work together, will be treat to watch for sure😳

BTW, the beard scares me, are we gonna have another blood shed here😕.

Yes me too loved that scene between AsYa...the way it was executed was great...they went hand in hand in trying to decipher, what actually happened...loved it..

You have written every thing so nicely..can't add anything more to it...just that...loved your post.

Thanks. I agree about Asad finding Zoe kiddish and yesterday , we saw an example of that. I think he will begin to see her as a clever one as well, soon. If there is more blood shed, let Zoe come in the line of fire so that we get some intense AsYa.😆

Replying and Hoping in this thread for my few words for Asad I will not be targeted …But I think its his defense mechanism who stopped him from trusting anyone other than him..even his MOm...May be because she even think from heart and has been cheated but still believe in her love…..

…Yesterday.. zoya started laughing with coffee…even though It was pretty tense sad situation. Still she switched on to lighter mod….because she is like this extrovert who to hides her pain and spread only happiness even in dark times.….Whereas Asad is like this introvert sad, with hardcore trust issues…who after being wrong so many times in judging Zoya still not ready to trust her completely unless given proof otherwise..…I still think he has long way to go to actually change that trait of his…..

Thanks. 😃...AsYa investigated with bubbling emotions for Dilshad and they connected - that is the beauty of it all, i think.

Thanks Nishi. The man was sexy and i don't blame you. 😉... Asad kept his hand on Zoe's shoulder? When baby? What did i miss there? And are you serious about Asad flirting? He is toh so shareef na?😆
