You are most welcome. You deserve that sweet compliment. I don't get enough time to hangout here but I do try not to miss the good posts here. One of them is apparently yours :-) [Sorry about the a silly typo in my original post]

really loved the Asad Zoya scene it was soo beautiful, Zoya had seen him crying for Ammi, she had gone through this too so he understands the pain , may be thats the another reason she forgave him quickly. As for Asad, the apology was so simple and genuine that made the scene wonderful, Zoyas talking her hurt our and himlistening. im glad how she sopoke about Ammi and he shouldnt insult like that to anyone :(
Asads scene wid Dilshad was soo soo soot ouching the moment when he was chking if she was breathing or not just made my hurt sad :'( The love he has for his Ammi is undeniable :(
Shirin I feel bad for her and respect her much more than That :) Humaira and shirin are going through somewhat same feelings

Thanks BB. :-)...Zoe connects with Asad and she identifies with his pain because she knows what it is like to be in his shoes. I hope that Asad never shows this side of his to her ever again- it breaks her down so bad and whatever he says, she takes everything to heart. Asad's world is his Mom and that kind of explains his anxiety over her. Shireen and Humzie are in the same boat.

Exactly..You put it better than i did..Asad is extremely lucky to have someone like Zoya cos she bears his temper tantrums and forgives him the moment he shows remorse..And dare i say Asad deserves it after all that he has gone through..And i must say the writers have done a wonderful job in depicting the relationship between Asad and his ammi..Unlike other shows, there is this subtlety with which their scenes are written..Nothing OTT yet the depth of their relationship is conveyed with so much sensitivity..And honestly i don get all the talk about self-respect..Am all for women empowerment and hate it when domestic violence is romanticized on TV but the situation here is completely different..I doubt the writers even remotely intended to show passion in Asad's abusive behaviour, unlike certain other shows..I cant wait to see Asad's reaction once he gets to know about what Razia has done..

Thanks Neena. Aww. you are so cute and adorable.😆🤗...Its not in Zoe's nature to be bitter or vengeful. What ppl are calling lack of self respect is the purity and flawlessness of her heart. To forgive, is not lack of self respect. And Zoe told Asad exactly how she felt. Just because ppl are soft, it does not mean they are stupid or spineless. That's it.😊

@ red...totally agree
to be bitter and vengeful is easy... but to forgive is not, not everyone can...

Hi, loved the post..

Yeah things are changing slowly between them, better understanding.
Its upto person how they take appology from someone, same apology means different from different people..
She understands him better to see the sincerity in it. So no wonder it made her smile and amused her...
Plus, again she knows more about him than he knows her. And she understand the love between his parents first hand, now aint that something..
Looking forward to tomorrow again..

Thanks Vineeta. :-)...True. Its the feeling of an apology that matters, not its expression and the magnitude of it. You are right. Zoe knows Asad better than him.

Amazing topic as usual 😃 refreshing to read such positive post between so many that just look at the lows and not highs.

I agree with what you said, though if you look in comparison to what Asad said or did, this scene looks underplayed but if we look at the larger picture its the perfect scene you could have got. He and she both understand the situation, have both undergone a shock and turmoil, seeing Dilshad in sich a condition and on having lost her mother Zoya understands the fear of losing a parent to not take his physical hurt to her heart. Asad is a bitter man just from his tongue and only for her because apart from that I have always seen that mans compassion towards everyone he knows. Even with Zoya one has seen his compassionate side come out so beautifully. But as viewers we keep forgetting that compared to his own family Zoya yet does not have any relation with him, so she does not know him and cannot judge him, he thinks she wouldnt even understand if he has let his guard down. I do not obviously justify his mean words, but the one who took it does. And after 3 months of this show we know that the one thing that will and has now connected them is their mothers.

Asad and Zoya both have set characters in this show, if we expect Asad to run behind Zoya for an apology at this stage its not possible, if we expect Zoya to make Asad run behind him for it, that aint either. Because this is not the situation to. She has once already made him do so when the situation was lighter, but now is not the time. And maybe if many here would be in the same situation they would let go to.👏

I agree also that at this moment we aren't clear about what Asad and Zoya's relation is really. But the one thing that connects them is their destiny and what will always connect them will be the pain they both are inflicted with and how either will help absolve the other of it.

Thank you for such an amazing insight and i have to totally second you. We only remember the bad but never the good that he has done for her. His compassion and care for her has been touching and in no way , can one furious slap wash out the genuine feeling that he has shown for her. And that too a slap that came because of an emotional outburst and due to misunderstanding. One mistake cannot wipe out who you really are. That is what Zoe saw in Asad and forgave him.

Yes, Asad and Zoe really are connected forever and no matter who comes between them, they always will stay in each-others' minds and hearts.

Well done again. I guess love will be a long time coming for these too. As nishi said hopefully the discovery of Asad "s dad inv in the fire and maybe Manu being Zoya ke Abu, will prob test their relation again. Hopefully they will stand together.

Still rooting for Zoya to be his dulhan soon, though

Thanks, Snigdha. Love is creeping in softly , its just that a solid shocker punch is needed for them to realize it. i too hope that Zoe is Asad's dulhan and Bahu Begum of the Khan household. 😆
