Absolutely agree... at no point did we bring in the gender issue, we merely said that the slap was not justified... to which people brought in examples of how nobody would have said anything if ZOya had slapped Asad... which i dont believe... becasue i have seen enough examples of violent outbursts talking about how she didnt see his POV..So here too... why dont you see it from Zoya's POV... she sent Mariam away as per his wish, she tried to stop the shooter... she tried to support him during his time of sadness and all she got was a slap...i dont think it is about male vs. female... it is about whether the slap was justified or not... and i beleive it was not
