I am super not ok with it. No man can hit a woman. i almost got into a scrap in some other thread where they were pointing out zoya's faults. it isnt about her faults. that woman is a walking disaster anyway. its about asad. he was always backward and chauvinistic. but i always thought he was a gentleman. but this?? how can any woman condone this on any, i repeat any ground at all. i dont mind him hating her, screaming at her, throwing her out of the house, whatever he likes. but how can he hit her? and women are condoning it by saying that she means a lot to him now so he is angry with her? excuse me? that means, if he marries her someday, when she will mean everything to him, he will be regularly beating her up?and woman seem to think its part of the deal. the woman is supposed to read a man's anger, coz of course he has the right not only to be angry but to lose it completely in his rage and start hitting women. she is supposed to wait hiding somewhere to allow his rage to cool. others say that his mother is dying so in grief he doesnt know whats happening. asad , as we know, is a fictional character. but importantly , this character has been written by someone. my rant is against that person. in a show produced by a woman?and then they wonder why women are not treated well in this country!! blaaahhh...
