Awesome thread! 😊
I find the story of Qubool hain very deep. Not like the common love stories. Not like the other shows.
This story makes you think and analyze. Every character has a story and their pains are intertwined.
The beauty and purity of Zoya makes me smile. He strength and courage is awesome.
The level of patience Asad shows fills my mind with awe. Usually the male leads of a show make me say "he's dashing" or "he's so hot"! But my feelings for Asad is kinda different. His personality (I ran out of adjectives to use for it) outshines his amazingly "hot" image. His decency and down-to-earth manner is incredibly amazing.
Ayaan, despite of being the youngest of the family, is matured enough to question his father about his sense of responsibility. Apparently he's the only member of Rashid family (not including the uncle or mamani) who can actually use his brain.
I'm loving the setting of the story and every dialogue of it. Some dialogues might sound irritating, but they're needed for the story. I hope CVs are able to maintain the quality of the show.
Hats off to the team. 👏

Came across this thread for the first time.
Yesterday's episode was heart-tugging. One show where I manage to feel bad for all characters. I hold a special soft-corner for Dilshad-Asad-Najma as a family though. It's touching to see how they're so complete in their small world despite having a crucial family member missing. Somewhere deep down, they do miss a father's presence yet never let each other feel that there is something lacking. Moreover, how they hold immense amount of respect and understanding for each other.
BTW, Shireen is one character who managed to surprise me. Not that I'm a huge fan of hers but the fact that she is not typically negative and holds nothing against Dilshad's family is something I admire. Not to mention she can be quite a comic relief at times! I hope they don't change her later.

I am really looking forward to Asad-Ayaan's confrontation in today's episode <33

Episode Review - 5th November

Qubool Hai is slowly weaving its story to a high point from where everything about the past and the future to come will be much more clearer than it is at the moment.. And yesterday's episode was one of those. When there is one moment when Rashid takes a step towards bridging the gaps between the families, a hurdle comes in the way to stop him from doing so. There are obviously some negative elements who will always stop the families from coming closer.

One of the main highlights of this show is Zoya's character, which being distinctively different from the other female leads, does not succumb to pressure from the society and its ways if it targets her or for that matter any woman's self respect. I was glad to see the way she reacted to the teasing and how she smartly without any hesitation and fear protected herself even without using any extreme means.

The second meeting of Asad and Zoya was an adorable scene, enjoyable to watch because of the exchange of dialogue and the performance of the leads. As always it shows the difference in both their thoughts. And very amusing how both the times they banged into each other, it was an accident 😆..

One of the most touching aspects of the show has to be the plight of Asad's family. A family of 3 people has seen a lot from he day Rashid heartlessly left them to their state without even looking back, and so your heart goes out to Najma when she is miffed with her brother for giving that man a chance. But even more touching is the understanding Asad has for his mothers emotions, and to the extent he respects her and her decisions. No matter how angry he is with Rashid and no matter whatever holds him back, he cannot deny his mother anything she wants. And that moment between the brother sister was one of my most favorite moments. A usually shy and reserved Asad eases up in front of his sister, and also shows the kind of relation they share. He might be strict, he might be wanting to protect her, but he can do anything to make her smile.

Our country might have progressed in every way, but when it comes to marriages, height, weight, skin color is always a criteria which is demeaning and insulting to the girl bearing it, as if she is not a human being rather an article being sold or bought, its nice to see this issue being touched upon and hoping to see something progressive to be shown regarding it

I usually complain about the addition of the bollywood songs, but yesterday the song was an added bonus I guess and fit the scenario perfectly, the situation very similar to the story of the movie it was taken from, was moving to hear it with the scenes shown alongside.

The precap is very intense, an angry Asad betrayed again, trying to explain to Dilshad how harmful trusting Rashid and that family could be, and a distraught and hurt Ayan overhearing. He is after all the only one that links the two families, the only one out of the families who understands Asad's plight and loves him to no extent. Will be interesting to see what happens hereafter

Zoya Rocks!!!! Loved the way she shut those college guys up..
LOL!!! She'll drive Asad crazy some day!😆
Shireen is a sweet and innocent woman.. she made halwa for Asad..

Can't believe bhabhi pulled that nasty stunt of inviting the groom family to prevent Rashid from visiting Dilshad..but then again she is probably doing this because of her husband..

Was feeling so bad for Nikhat.. skin color is still such a big issue in India.. On one end our country is making such progress but on some aspects we are still stuck in those old fashioned mentality..

Dilshad,Asad and Najma were disappointed yet again today.. It is so sad..

If humera's parents could just mind their own business, everything could become right in this family.. God knows what hold that man has over Rashid..

HI Nishita 😃 I totally agree I love this about Zoya's character, normally girls are shown to follow whatever is taught blindly, but she is here to change our thoughts, for the better.

And definitely loved how they touched the topic the the skin color yet being an issue when it comes marriages, hoping to see something remarkably different regards to it.

Today's episode.. I sooo have been waiting for Rashid and Asad's meeting but this "mein bolungi toh bolegi ki bolti hai" lady spoiled the whole plan :(

I loved how Zoya appi jiju moments. Those were hilarious. Electric chair bhi le leti LMAOOO 🤣 and the way Zoya made those guys quiet when they were trying tease her was OUTSTANDING! I am happy the PH is trying to show such a huge topic too <33

AND THEN ZOYA AND ASAD MET AGAIN :D Asad's reaction were hilarious. I couldn't stop admiring him at all. And Omg!! Zoya speaks sooo much :O She needs to let the other speak to LOLL 🤣 And that paani wala scene? That was sooo cute -_-
Hayye i sooo want them to be together. If not now then after sometime in the show <3 They are sooo meant to be.

Shirin is sooo sweet and cute. Even after not liking Dilshaad and her family still was ready to send halwa for Asad Aww.. She is really kind at heart <3 But that lady, Why is she sooo hell bent on keeping Shirin and Rashid together? They aren't even related -_-

Aww Dilshaad was waiting and waiting and crying while waiting but Rashid couldn't make it :( The tears in Asad's eyes, WHY DOES IT ALWAYS GET TEARS IN MY EYES TOO? Why can i connect with his character soo well that i can feel his pain too :(

Asad and Najma scenes were sooo cute <33 Their relation brings a smile on my face. Asad understands Najma sooo well. He protects her and tries to fulfill all her wishes too.. He couldn't see her hurt too irrespective of how hurt he is :( The way he calls her Tamatar is sooo adorable Aww.. <33

And the PRECAP :| Oh god Ayaan heard everything what Asad was saying :( Oh my god how is Ayaan gonna react on this. He says not to be in touch with anyone from that house and still loves Ayaan to bits. And Ayaan hears all this. Hayye i can't imagine what's gonna happen next now </3

The episode was nice but was a bit sad too.. Hoping to see a fun episode tomorrow

I agree with most of what you said 😃 Zoya's relation with her Jiju and her own personality is a different element to see in the show and was enjoyable to watch. Also obviously the Asad Zoya scene was amazing, really adorable.
But the best scene has to be the one with Asad and Tamatar, so cute 😆

@Raina - Agree with every point you say, and I like you thought about the same, when it comes to the brother sister, but the last two episodes have thrown light on that relation and I am always looking forward to seeing more of them..

I agree about the Jeans issue. I also do not understand the difference, like you said, but I guess its just a protective brother, and adding to it a man who lives by his ideals and tehzeeb, which makes him be strict with his sister. Obviously over the time he would change that thought...

Welcome here 😳 review more often.

And I agree Shireen definitely surprised me. She is innocent and lacks intelligence and sharpness, which is what will go against her in the future. Anyone can mould her and her thoughts the way they want, which could be positive or negative I guess.

Thank you Ankita, Like you mentioned I'm too looking forward to more "open" interactions between Asad and Najma where they both speak. Because Najama not having a voice really nags me, not because I'm a deep-seated feminist, which I'm ,but because of the fact that Dilshaad is shown to be such an incredibly independent woman & her daughter being restrained just doesn't make any sense to me. Get my drift?

& lol yeah I guess you're right. just let Zoya grow on Asad , maybe she'll change his thought process and maybe he'll give her some stability. Let them both learn from each other...

P.S. Anyone saw the new promo? Zoya and Asad in the same bed lol ( Me: Allah Miyaan! What's going on? )
