Bilal and extra thumb

in today's episode I noticed that bilal was shown with an extra thumb on one of his hands but in real life the actor arjit doesn't have this. So either it was a slight oversight on the CVS side or there will be a twist coming ... Is bilal atif with a face mask or are atif and bilal fraternal twins who both have an extra thumb or was it really bilal that pretended to attack ishreet that day in their car and will ishaAn intervene and save Trisha or is this nothing

I was hoping they would spare bilal but at best it looks like he might get mistaken for atif or I'm thinking too much and need to get some sleep tonight

Yes. I observed too. It was shown very clearly, twice. There has to be a twist regarding this. It could be mistaken identity... 😕

In the past episode Preet had suspected Bilal to be the terrorist who had attacked them because of the extra thumb. Now I don't know if his extra thumb has any more significance in the future story.

Kuch bhi ho saaktha hai...Bilal and his family are an extra addition...Shabina's track is just out of place and brings the feel of a saas-bahu saga...Bilal mi8 have smthg substantial to play out..Lets see how it goes!!!

maybe atif has some history with bilal's family..long lost son or something...

As for him.being related to Atif because of his six thumb I don't think so...every person with a six thumb aren't related...Hritik Roshan is an example of a man with six fingers... An extra thumb...so someone else with one can't be his long lost brother...
