The mark on the neck is either a birthmark or a scar from injury. If it's a birthmark then it's not pankhudi but if it's a scar from injury then it's definitely pankhudi. The mole tho...either she got that in 2 years or she's Ayesha and not pankhu. I don't think nelofir will be doing it for money there can be another reason behind it but she was really positive when she was telling harish that he can ask anyone in the neighborhood about Ayesha. It's 50/50 chance. Even if she's not pankhu I'm pretty sure adi won't just fall in love with her face. Remember how adi changed because of pankhu so Ayesha can change because of adi :) stay positive guys :)
