Rubel I felt really bad for. We see at the end of season 1 how he eats jam on the sly. He no longer has time for such childish things! Poor guy. Anisha was right to tell off Payal! Has she once HELPED Rubel with his work? Despite being educated, all she does it attend society parties. I guess she is too busy being "Mrs Rubel Deewan" to actually care about just "Rubel"! It was sad how this once promising love story has been totally derailed because of the false values of the people involved! Especially Payal! I think she is totally lost. I hope she realises she could loose Rubel and THAT will make her come back on line. Nothing scares you more than when you realise that you could lose the one you love! I hope she realises how much she loves him still.

Avantika... She has embraced religion as a way of coping with the loss of her daughter in law. It's interesting to see how Avantika who once was opposed to Pankuri, is today grieving her bitterly and not even willing to accept that she could have died!! Her love for Pankuri is clear. It was heartbreaking to watch her in pain.

The rest of the Deewan's! Sheila... Made me sad with all her laughter therapy. You can see she is trying her best to be happy but it's all hollow. When she said "woh Kya ladaki thi"... Made me cry! It's clear that Pankuri is very much in her thoughts. Anuj is a shadow of his former self. He looked lost and helpless.

Anisha and Shanky are trying to carry on with keeping the family together. But they are fighting an uphill battle. Both Kaira and Preeti have gone abroad and in the case of Kaira, and even Preeti, I think their decisions to move overseas and in Preeti's case stay overseas is a direct result of the loss of Pankuri. Nothing is the same anymore. I wonder if they will show the Gupta's anymore now?? Now must THEY feel now!!

In all, it was a well executed episode!

Perfectly analysed. I agree with Payal...she should have already realised Rubal's worth when she got deceived by Rohit but I think the emergence of money and fame has taken the wrong effect on her and she feels that "prestige" in society is above everything else. I am sure Rubal and Payal will have problems soon because this cant continue...Rubal has never said anything bad to her or stopped her from doing anything that she doesn't want. There is a limit to everything. Avantika was interesting...she still had the strongness in her nature but it was overtaken by her love and affection for Pankhuri. What a changed woman. Sheila was trying her best but it is hard to move on and that too when they don't know where she is. I really hope they show the Gupta's they have too. It was Pankhuri's maayka. They will be heartbroken. I am excited for the new season!

Thank u all for the warm welcome and glad to be part of this forum..I agree that Payal is right about Rubel not spending time with her but it does not mean that act irresponsible towards her family...she should understand that inorder to spend time with her husband she needs to try to reduce rubels pain and understand what he and his family are going through...going to social parties n spending money doesn't make a person right and what happened to spending sometime with her husband when he wanted to have lunch with her...It seems like as if she isn't affected by pankus death and I want to see how pankus family is after losing their daughter
