As per the news which was doing the rounds for quite some time now was that the talented actress Disha Parmar who is the female protagonist in Rajshree Productions' popular show Pyaar Ka Dard Hai...Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara... on Star Plus and essaying the character of Pankhudi is quitting the show. As Disha is quite active on the social networking site also confirmed about the same through her tweet which stated, "Shot my Last Day as Pankhudi.. Byee Pankhu."

But fans need not worry as the much loved Pankhudi will be seen in a new look and Disha is not leaving the show. It's just that her character is getting transformed.

Our source informed us, "There is a high voltage drama in the upcoming track of the show as Pankhudi will die and all the members of Diwaan Mansion will be under depression. It will be shown as Disha's exit from the show but soon a sequence will be shot of Disha's re- entry but not as Pankhudi but in a Muslim character. She will be seen essaying a different character in the show which will be make the audiences happy."

We tried contacting Disha Parmar but she remained unavailable for any comments.
