Nakuul and Jankee no more a part of Nach Baliye 6

Tellychakkar.com earlier reported about actor Nakuul Mehta being uncertain about his participation in Star Plus' show Nach Baliye 6 owing to his wife Jankee's ill health.

Now a release from the channel side has confirmed the development.

The release says that Nakuul and his beau Jankee, who were very excited to be on the show, will now not be seen on Nach Baliye 6. The reason being Jankee's injured knee.

Jankee was returning from her show in Hongkong and slipped and fell on the escalator and has been advised eight weeks of bed rest. The couple that was excited to be on the show is very upset with the turn of events. In fact they even shot for the promo for the show but had to back out because of Jankee's injury.

When approached a source from the production house confirmed that the couple was locked for the show but because of this unfortunate accident the couple had to back out.

While they tried to manage with the injured leg but because of doctors strict instructions they had to withdraw from the show.

The stage will surely miss one of the most popular celebrity couples but as they say you never know what the future holds.

Nakuul Mehta opts out of dance show after wife suffers a knee injury

Actor Nakuul Mehta, who was to participate inNach Baliye with his wife Jankee, has opted out of the show. His wife Jankee, who is a singer had gone to Hong Kong for a concert, where she suffered a knee injury while rehearsing for her performance there.

Says Nakuul, "This is so disappointing because I was emotionally connected with the show. I had met Jankee at a dance class 10 years ago, when we fell in love."

The couple had been practising past two months and they even shot for the promo of the show. "But the doctor has just told us that dancing further would only hurt Jankee's knees more. She has been advised rest for six weeks," says Nakuul.

So we all got dissapointed by this news. Unfortunately , Jankee got injured but lets wish her a very best luck for future & get well soon . We also wanted to see them in Nach baliye. Unfortunately , it does not happened.

I think now this thread can be pulled down as they are not taking part anymore. :(

Heartbreaking news! Health is more important tho! Hope she feels better soon:) really sad there not taking part anymore!! Was really looking forward to it!!! And yeah Dev topic should be brought down since there not participating anymore! :(
