So everyone of the three siblings,their father & shanky knew that adi was responsible for his nani's death or did they just come to know of it with shanky revealing it to pankhuri?ofc nanaji knew it..but others?

But now shanky reveals the truth to pankhu...pankhu tells to avantika where sheela overhears it and comes to know...Anuj comes to know from sheela and rubel...where as avantika tells to preethi and harish...
