I am not too sure myself...in one scene Kaira called Rubel bhaiyya and in another scene she referred to him as Rubel.

I am thinking she is younger only because she was in college (now thrown out) whereas Rubel is working.

yeah i think that she is younger as well because she said she got kicked out of college and she did refer to him as her brother
