If you click on someone’s DP, options will pop up and there should be a message tab 😃 click on that

Open you PM then click on new message, then type the username of the person whom you want to send the PM and if that person is in your buddy list then you can choose from there as well. Then type the subject and then type your message in the space below it and click on send.
