Aah, poor Misha, Piya could not keep her control longer, and Misha never believed that Piya would attack her. And (though I did not want) thankfully Abhay came in time to control Piya. I so wanted Piya to control her thirst, but you explained it logically that it was necessary for Piya to realize what she really is and its very necessary for her learn to control herself and it does not come very easily and its important that she has to work on it.
I really loved the scene among the three. I felt very sorry for all the three of them and it was like for a moment Piya lived the terror of her reality which Abhay lived all along when he was staying away from Piya.
well of course. the FF itself was concieved with the idea of Abhay and Piya being put in each other's shoes. I wanted to punish them, that time.😆in all honestly I couldn't show Piya controlling herself.She isn't a super vampire. 😛
And so some how Haseena and Chand convinced Sid to come and stay with them. And I loved Piya's surprise when Abhay wanted to tell her on how they distracted Maithili. Oh, I so wish we get some more scenes where he has to do the real manaofying. Not that I blamed him for keeping her in the dark. It did make sense, but never helped. Please, let the girl also have some fun, some kind of joy that he also wants to be with her as much as she wanted him. She always knew he loved her sincerely, but the joy of knowing that he wants her would be even more na.

Why did Abhay say that he did not want Piya to become like Natalya - like enjoying inflicting pain on others . I will ask this question later.
And Alina gets a picture of Siddharth through the poems and sketches and reading those poems brought out her bitter past too.
Her own clan did not show her the sympathy which an uncaring vampire, who was a total stranger showed her. But her mother was a Luna wolf and she was her heir, her descendant. If she said no to the advances of another wolf who was not even in his senses, why would she be given such a big punishment. Was he an Alpha wolf who is not to be refused? Or were the girls of ww clans were considered so inferior? Her brother was supporting her and most of the clan members backed him though initially they voted to punish her by offering her as a slave. And for this reason, her mother abused her so badly !!! I hate her even more and all the wolves too.
Dipannita considered her a blot to their clan. Is it not safe to assume that everyone agreed with her/knew about her views? The girls may not have been considered inferior but Alina certainly was.
So finally Piya burst out at Alina. All along I was also angry at Alina when she used to so take Piya for granted, snubbing her, slighting her and then later patting her. She behaved as Piya belonged to the supernatural world from the beginning and should adapt to it so easily the way Alina wanted.
I wanted Piya to give it back to her. But when Piya really lost her cool, I did feel bad for Alina. I mean now she really risked everything to help Misha and Kabir. But it had taken a toll on Piya too. Alina did have some goal in her mind and wanted Piya to help her but never disclosed what it was. Piya may not have minded it all along because Alina was more on helping side than the evil side. But when it came to attacking her own sister, she was angry at everything and at herself.
See I wanted to give an insight into both their minds. Piya, who has this insane need to be in the centre of everything that involves those she loves is shunted to the sidelines inspite of becoming a vampire. She is in a way more helpless than before and in my mind, Piya would have hated it. Alina was the closest target, so she burst at her.
Alina tries her best to be cold and detached but then again, she isn't. Not really.
Abhay tells Piya how Maithali got her powers by killing Natalya's brother.
Maithili now misses Siddharth and plans to regroup to take her revenge
I thought we would never get to see Misha and Kabir again but the way the chapter ended with them, looks like we may get something about them in the next chapters. Did not want Piya-Misha to end like this on a sad note. But hope they dont land up into more trouble.
They will make a few appearances. here and there.😛
Now my questions.
I was wondering how Piya was able to control her thirst, though she was a new born and so happy like a human bride at her wedding. It explains perfectly that she had some damping spells put on her to control her thirst. Does Piya think Alina is none other than Reina. Abhay told her that Reina put damping spells on her and Piya asks Alina how she put enchantment spells on her. It was Alina who was with her all day. Piya knows that Reina is the ultimate person, but the way she asks Alina about the enchantment spells and her ultimate goal, it shows Piya wants more answers from Alina as if Alina is not working as per instructions of Reina and that Alina and Reina are one and the same.
Piya already believes Alina is Reina. I thought I mentioned that long back. Is she right? I won't say.😆
Alina took up the mission to make Sid and Maithili suffer. Was it just because Gaurav got killed because of them. Or is there something more. Alina is a werewolf bestowed with some witch powers. If her goal was to take her revenge , why did she have to involve Piya. Abhay was too stubborn. But Piya was a mere mortal. Even if Piya some how got involved with Sid and Maithili, Alina could have kept Piya away, the way Abhay does. Alina does seem to want something more. When Piya was turned into a vampire, she was over joyed at the news. The reaction was not a relief that Piya did not die or sad that she had to become a vampire, but it was like Alina was happy with that. And her calculating smile when Piya and Misha wanted to be together alone. Alina knew that there were possibilities of Misha getting hurt and Piya losing her control. Instead of caution just like Abhay followed them, she had a calculating smile. Was it because that it was a good chance for Piya to get to realize her reality and accordingly train herself to control her with the will and ofcourse there was Abhay, to stop if Misha was really attacked. Or did she foresee a blood exchange which could happen only at somethings like this.
I made Alina tell Piya what she wanted. That's it. She wanted Piya to know how it is to lose control.
Alina knew Mikhail. She recognized him from the sketch. Of all his and Maithili's victims Sid had drawn the sketch of MiKhail and Gaurav. Looks like he really did not want them killed. Infact he did not know that Gaurav sided with Siddharth as he was grateful to him.
But how does Alina know Mikhail. Mikhail was killed when he just ascended to power. Was this before Natalya turned into a vampire? Was this before Alina first met Siddharth when she just a young girl in her teens. Did she get to know Mikhail only from the high witch or did she really know him?
Million dollar question, isn't it? Not one I'm answering right now😆
When Sid saved Alina, she was just in her teens and Sid was already a vampire.
But Reina was the Pandher Royal's Guruma when Sid, Abhay and Maithali were humans.
Abhay tells Piya that Reina disliked Maithali because she killed on of their own. But that was when Maithali became a vampire. Then why did Reina take Piya into the past when Maithali was still a human? It was not about Maithali and Piyali because they never were so bonded. It was not about Abhayendra and Piyali, because though Piya fell in love with Abhayendra,he never knew it nor realized it and irrespective of all this Abhay and Piya met much later and fell in love with each other. Could it be because of Siddharth and Piyali where Sid found a good friend in Piyali. But then he did not care much for that friendship nor did they share that great a bond.
The last part about Sid- I disagree that he didnt care much for the friendship. It gave him the impetus to change himself, didn't it? How much more importance can you give someone?
Abhay did not know in the last 200 years that Maithali became a vampire and was still surviving. He got to know about her only a couple of years back, when he was frozen for almost a year. How did he know so much about Maithali and how she got her powers? Natalya must have known about Maithali and Sid because Maithali killed Mikhail and Sid though did not support it, he was with her. How was it that Chand could also not know about Maithali surviving when she was feeding of the powers of witches and wizards. Natalya lost her brother even before she turned Luke sometime during the world war. Natalya, with the help of Luke and Abhay, killed the vampire who turned her. But with all the powers of a high witch and vampire, she did not take a direct revenge on Maithali who killed her brother. She helped Alina by giving her powers when she was fighting Maithali but never tried to destroy Maithali herself. Yet Abhay tells Piya that he did not want her to become like Natalya like inflicting hurt on people. He was tensed when Piya asked about the powers of High witch and how Maithali got them. Is there a reason why Natalya did not avenge her brothers death by destroying Maithili? Then why is it that Abhay did not want Piya to become like Natalya? I mean its like he did not want her to become ruthless in her hatred for Maithali, but then Natalya did not seem to have launched some direct attack on Maithali (so far from the updates) Or did she ?Does Natalya have a grey side ?
Chand did not know because he did not bother to find out. Simple as that.
As for never trying to destroy Maithali herself, I don't know what you'd call all those fights with her.
Natalya does have a grey side. She is a Queen after all. And have you forgotten how she hunted down the vampire who turned her and made sure he had an extremely painful death?
Oh my God, so many questions 😳 I had a couple of more questions which I cant recollect right now, so I will leave it here. Please dont bother to answer them Shreya if they would be answered in the future updates or if they have been already answered, just mention the track.
By the way I loved the poems and except for the one written by H W Longfellow, I dont seem to know the others. But its an excellent choice, apt for the situation.
