But i loved the trust pia has in abhay cause even after his negative behaviour, she was ready to sacrifice herself for him

yes Pia was ready to go through any fire for abhay..and she always will. And in this case pia knew what abhay was saying was a facade.,she knew that abhay would or can never do any such thing to her. And thats what she was trying to make him see..😊
