Chapter 4 (A Night Out in The Town)(Last update before I go on my break until June).😃
Pia who finished her breakfast in hurry got in to her Porsche, and left for her friend's house. Her friends had been badgering with complaints for not spending enough time with her. Feeling guilty of neglecting her friends , she finally said yes to dedicate her one whole to them. She parked her Porsche on front of her friends mansion. Wearing a white short dress, and white wedges with sun glass tuck to her head. Pia looked like an angel entering the mansion.
As soon as Pia entered the mansion, Antonio( Pia's childhood friend ) came and hugged her.
Antonio- it's good to see you baby girl after a long time. You look beautiful as always (he said) He whispered to her softly , inhaling her scent. The scent that just drove him crazy.Damn, he had miss her he thought.
Pia hugged him ,and told him she had missed immensely. Pia pulled back from the hug, and her eyes searched for best friend Abigail who she had seen in two months, and probably owed a lot of explanation too. Antonio told her to go her room,and she would probably find her Miss. Perfect in her bedroom. Abigail was Antonio's sister, and her best friend. All three of them had grown up together.They had been each other's defenders, and support through rough times . Antonio and Abigail had at time in her life when Pia had first moved to Dehradhun ten year ago. She still felt a void in her life, but they always cheered her up. She was grateful to have friends who has stuck through craziness, tantrums,and mood swings. Pia had met Antonio when they had both challenged each other for a arm wrestling match. Abigail had been over overwhelmingly have that her brother had the macho men status that day that he had liked to flaunt. Since than,the three had been inseparable.
Pia quietly entered her friend's bedroom trying to make sure she did not make any noise. Her best friend had a facial mask on , and was still in the process of getting ready. Pia felt like banging her head. Her best friend never changed, but she still adored her like a sister. Abigail might me boy crazy , and lunatic when it came obsessing about looks.Still, when it came witch crafty which was her niche, the girl was one of the best witches Pia knew. Pia slowly took the extra facial mask that was in the dressing ,and starling her friend with a loud noise. She applied it all over Pia's face.Shocked, and blindsided , Abigail ran after to give her taste of her own medicine.
Jungle of Dehradhun
Two hooded figures had been secretly meeting in the forest. The master who was wearing a black hood jacket that covered his face wanted to know the latest news on the slayer,and the king of Vampire. He wanted to inquire why did Abhay Raichand always protected the slayer. Abhay Raichand was his biggest enemy. He spit in disgust at the name of his enemy. He instructed his to inform the latest news he had for him.
Figure 1(The master)- So what did you find about the slayer, and Raichand connection?
Figure2 (The servant bowing)- Nothing my master, as soon as I unlock what their connection is? How we can use her as a weakness as a pawn in bringing that bas***d down. I will let you know.Please give me more time. I promise not to fail you.
Instead of giving him more time, the master launched at him, and killed him in a second. He did not like to wait, and he thought the fool had enough time to find the information. He knew he had to hire someone else. He quickly instructed the witch near him to take care of the body,and disappeared in to the night.
Palm Lounge
Abhgail was pretty drunk by the eight shot of Swiss Vodka she had sip down . Pia had requested to slow down, but she had not paid any heed to what her best friend was telling. It was not always often that witches got a free day to drink to their heart content . She had asked Antonio to control his sister, but he had back off sighing in defeat not want to anger his sister. He knew if he did not allow her as she wanted with her will, he would fall to magic preys. The last time she had turned him in to a rat for trying to interfere in her life. Pia was the only on Abghail mostly listened , but tonight she was not. Pia called Tiatinia (another witch) for back up to handle Abgail , and requested her to safely get home.
Pia had wanted to go with her friend too, but Antonio had not let her. He had been too stubborn insisting she stay, and let lose for one night. She had asked her not to let her sister's foolishness ruining their evening. Pia finally gave in,and realized he was right. She grabbed Antonio ,and headed for the dance floor. She would teach her friend a lesson next time for getting drunk and blowing off she thought.
Pia was dressed in a quail wrapped cream color dress, and cream high heels. Antonio was busy admiring her petite figure, and swaying her around. He knew he had always loved Pia, but was afraid she saw just saw him as a brother. For him, her dancing like this with him, and letting loose is what he liked to see of Pia more often. He knew she was too focused on her mission too kill those leeches, and find about her past . She had been through a lot in life at such a tender age, still she had not given up on life. For him , he only had admiration and love for his friend's sister. Right now for him, the greatest treasure was just seeing the relax side of Pia.
Abhay Raichand who was looking at Pia from a distance. He was surprised to see that slayer was actually being so relax today. From what he heard, she was strict and discipline. So how calm she looked so free?He pondered. His eyes also went to the guy who was dancing along with her. For some reason he did not know why, but it was unsettling for him to see the slayer with anyone. Seeing her dance in a short dress with another man was becoming indigestible for him. From what he had heard, he knew Pia did not have any boyfriend. He had tried to keeps tabs on her private life as well. Sometime, he felt immature, but he could not help it .The way the guy now was holding her hips was making him uncomfortable. He shattered the glass wine glass he was holding on too, and left the room.
Heather who was witnessing all this knew something definitely was different with Abhay ever since he had gone to see that slayer that night.
Outside the Lounge
Boss(on the phone)- I think I have a way to get to the slayer and user as a pawn. Abhay Raichand was here, and it looks like there is something he is definitely hiding.I think I can make progress . Let's just say out friendship has gotten a little bit stronger between me and her.
Sorry for the tiny Abhlya scene, but we have to move story forward. Abhlya will meet face to face in chapter 6-7 I think.I won't be updating till June 1st, so enjoy the 4 updates. :) Cee ya. This was my departing gift before i took a break. Enjoy :) Feedback,and comments are always welcome.
