If Reina is in love with one of the brothers (and if this is not in past) then we have Piya in love with Abhay and we have Alina taking a liking for Sid. Metz toh donon ko apni tarah se chahti hai

Piya or Metz cannot be Reina then that leaves only Alina. So can she be Reina (only ofcourse if Reina is in love with one of the brothers in the present)
