CHAPTER 5
Part a(written by Romita aka Rmuk)
Today a strange kind of strong and gusty wind is blowing outside, it seems like nature too wants to symbolize someone's state of mind now, the weather is stormy, it's raining dizzily now and the waving of trees along with the motion of the wind, is clearly indicating the state of mind, the inner turmoil of the blue eyed man who is currently standing in front of the large window sill alone, his face stiff and expressionless, his eyes indicating pain, longing, hollowness and certain unknown emotions only, the man is holding a frame in his hand which has a photo of his happy times with someone, no not with someone actually with his life, his soul, his world, his everything, his Piya, yes the man is none other than Abhay Raichand, but he is not the same lively person who used to smile always, whose eyes always had glint of happiness, care, love, no pain or hollowness but now something has changed in him, it seems like this is a totally new Abhay Raichand who is unknown to himself only. He is now just staring at the photo silently, no tears in his eyes just pain and pain, he now moves away from the window sill, his mind is surrounded with many questions now, he needs to think, he decided to sit on the large easy chair kept in the middle of that large room, he is standing currently, This chair and this room used to be one of the best place for him to tease Piya and make her angry, he remembers how every time he used to pull Piya into his laps whenever she used to clean this room along with him and she used to get angry but later he just used to seal her lips with his and in fraction of second all her anger used to melt down and they ended up making passionate love, sigh all this seems to be like dreams for him now, her laughter, her those angry stares, her that baby brown eyes which held love and care only for him, her lilac smell everything about her, those were just his beautiful past but now everything has changed, no it's not the time to think about old memories, it's time to think about future, yes he can never be that old Abhay anymore, he needs to do something, but what? How will he face Piya now? and Varun, yes what will he say to his naughty brother, he still remembers how they both used to fight and tease each other, but every time in any difficulty Varun was the first one to help him and he too always used to support Varun whenever their mother used to scold them, but how will he face him now? What will he answer them now? No, he can't tell the truth, he needs to make up something and tell them, suddenly his thoughts wandered back to that night when he talked to Piya as old Abhay for the last time, almost 6 to 7 weeks before.
He remembered that after saying Piya that he will be there in some 2 hours, he kept his mobile beside him and started driving he was hell excited that time, what is that Piya wanted to say to him? he was damn sure something was there, but what it can be? he started driving along the highway, as it was a deserted road that time, with just jungle covering on both the sides and darkness everywhere, except his car's headlight's light no source of light was there no one could be seen anywhere, so he decided to drive little bit fast as he couldn't wait to meet Piya anymore, he just wanted to go home and hug his Piya tightly, he wanted to take her in his arms, he just wanted to tell her how much he missed her, but sigh who knew that he could never be able to do that, he remembered that after driving for some half an hour suddenly he heard a deadly scream of someone shouting for help, it's a manly voice, first he was thinking just to leave and drive away, but suddenly he thought what if someone life is in danger? He can't be that inhuman, he can't be that selfish, no he should atleast go and help that person, he immediately halted the car and...
Before Abhay could think anything else more, some noises coming from downstairs reached his ear, breaking his chain of thoughts and bringing him back to the present, someone is shouting and calling him, he knew whom this voice belongs to, of course it must be of Varun, only he calls him bro like that, he immediately kept the photo stand beside him and rushed outside to see what happened.
As soon as he stepped out of the room and rushed down the staircase he saw that Piya was lying senseless her head was in Tara's lap and Varun was sprinkling water on her face and she was gaining her consciousness back, she slowly slowly started openening her baby brown eyes which were swollen badly cause of excessive crying, she looked around and as soon as she looked infront her baby browns eyes now met with the blue ones staring at her intensely, Abhay for the first time in this few minutes noticed how vulnerable, abased Piya looked, her face drained of all the colours, dark circles beneath her eyes, she is still the same beautiful Piya but now she doesn't look that lively, naughty Piya, she had loosed a lot of weight and looked extremely fragile, he knew he was the one responsible for Piya's this state, he hated himself for doing this to her, he had hurted her so much, but what can he do? he wants to see Piya like before, he knew her happiness lies with him, but he can never be that old Abhay who Piya loved unconditionally, this is a completely new Abhay, he needs to make Piya realize this and he will but before that Piya needs care now so keeping all his thoughts at one side he rushed towards Piya who was still staring at him, he looked at Varun and Tara he knew they must be waiting to know where was he, but now this is not the time to tell them anything, Abhay silently lifted Piya in his arms and walked towards their bedroom, while Varun and Tara followed them.
Abhay made Piya lie down on the bed slowly and carefully, he caressed her curly hairs lovingly and gave a small smile though it didn't reach his eyes, Piya looked at him and silent tears came out through her eyes, Varun looked at both his bhai and bhabhi both looked in so much pain, Tara looked at Varun and kept her one hand at shoulder as if assuring him, Varun couldn't control himself further so decided to break the silence,
Varun-: bro I need to tell u something important, I don't know where were u these days and why are u behaving like this but many things happened in this days, u know bhabhi was expecting, yes bro, she was pregnant and that was the news she wanted to tell u but she recently suffered a miscarriage and...
Before Varun could speak anything more Piya got up from the bed and hugged Abhay tightly who was like a stiff person now, how more cruel fate can be to him? He was going to be a father but god took away that happiness too from him even before he came to know about it, Piya, how much she must have suffered? How much lonely she must have felt? all this happened because of him, he is the reason for all this for Piya's this fragile state, for all the mishap, he is the one responsible, how will he pacify Piya now? All these questions were surrounding him now but Piya's helpless sobs interrupted his thoughts.
Abhay looked towards Varun and Tara and gestured them to leave him with Piya alone for sometime, Varun nodded and he took Tara with him outside as Tara still had fever and needs rest too, Tara smiled a bit and went with Varun downstairs and closed the door behind them.

As soon as Varun and Tara came out leaving behind Abhay and Piya alone for sometime, Tara decided to sleep in her room now so after bidding Varun a final goodbye, Tara started taking steps towards her room , she was about to step down the stairs but all of a sudden she started feeling dizzy, she tried to hold something but couldn't find anything nearby, she was about to fall and touch the ground but before that someone caught her in his strong arms, Tara looked above and found herself staring into a pair of brown eyes which belongs to none other than Varun Raichand, Varun too stared at the big brown doe eyes staring at him and got lost in them, both were just staring at each other now, Varun was the one to break that long eye contact as he could feel that Tara's temperature is still there and due to this only she was felling dizzy but he got angry thinking what if hadn't come now? Varun made Tara stand straight and Tara was about to say a 'thank u' but Varun didn't let her.
Varun-: are u out of ur mind? If I hadn't come now then do u have any idea what must have happened? see I told u that I will take u to ur room but no u didn't let me, now I will leave u till ur room and then only I will go and no argument.
Tara-: no no I am fine, no need to trouble...
Varun didn't let her finish before that only he bended down and picked Tara in arms, making Tara startled.
Tara-: Varun what are u doing? Put me down? What if someone sees us like this? I can walk...
Varun didn't listen to her single protest and began to walk towards Tara's room and Tara just kept staring at him. Varun made Tara sit on her bed and gave a small naughty smile making Tara angry now.
Tara-: Why are u smiling like a Idiot, u even didn't listen to me, I am not going to talk to u.
Tara-: Why are u smiling like a Idiot, u even didn't listen to me, I am not going to talk to u.
Varun-: oh so madam is angry with me, I can see that, ok we will talk tomorrow about it now u go to sleep, u need rest, then only we can fight if u remain weak then how will you win huh ?
Tara-: I can take care of myself u may leave now.
Varun-: No madam first u need to have medicine, now don't talk much and have ur medicine and after u sleep only I will go from here.
Tara-: But I am not feeling sleepy now.
Varun-: Don't worry I know how to make u fall asleep, now no more argument do as I say.
Tara didn't say anything as she was angry now, Varun made her take some medicines after lot of efforts, then made her lied down, he sat beside her and started caressing her hair slowly slowly, he kept looking at her constantly while Tara closed her eyes as instructed by Varun after around ten minutes Varun saw Tara was sleeping peacefully now, but unknowingly in her sleep Tara had gripped his hand tightly as if she didn't want him to go away from her. Varun smiled and tried to free her hand slowly from her, he saw her blabbering something in her sleep, Varun gave a small kiss on her forehead but couldn't free his hand from Tara's grip as it may disturb her sleep so in that sitting position only he kept sitting and looking at tare and he saw a big smile plastered on Tara's face which was giving him a strange peace
Varun-: (in his own mind) why? Why am I feeling so happy seeing her smiling and this much near to me? Why I feel happy seeing Tara happy, is it just friendship? Or is it something else? Are my feelings changing for Tara? No it's too early to think all this and why am I thinking all this? Now it's not time to think these things, should I go and check bhabhi? no bhai is there now, they need sometime alone and if I go now then Tara may wake up and I don't want her to get up now, I better sit here for sometime till she leaves my hand from her own, it will be better.
Saying this Varun smiled and rested his head on the bed post and kept staring at Tara's smiling innocent face, unknown to their new found feelings for each other which consist of only love and togetherness...

On the other side , piya was continuously sobbing while hugging abhay . So many questions where rising her mind right now but she kept all them aside as right now the only thing she knew tat she got her abhay back , she don't want anything now , she hugged him tightly as if she would break the hug then abhay would get lost again , like he use to get lost in her daily nightmares . Abhay hugged her as if this was there last hug , he caressed piya's hair and telling her not to cry , but how could he tell her so when he couldn't even control his tears , he felt himself as monster right now , because of him piya was in such condition , if he was there then piya would never suffer a miscarriage he would never let tat happen , its because him they lost there baby , there first symbol of love , this was the stage when piya should have been treated like a queen but because of him she suffered her worst nightmare , and yet bad had to come for her just because of him .abhay felt very helpless , he soo wished to undo the time rewind it till the day he was with piya and this time he wouldn't leave her but tats not possible , maybe they weren't meant for each other abhay came out of this thoughts of him when piya broke the hug , he looked at piya's fragile yet beautiful face , he kissed her forehead but he was feeling like highly helpless seeing piya crying .
Abhay : ssshhh piya , why are you crying ? Everything will be fine ok
Piya still with tears in her eyes : abhay where were you all this days huh ? Didn't you missed me ? Didn't u felt like talking with me ? How could remain absent such a long time . U Hav idea what hav I been through
Abhay wiping her tears : piya please don't cry , I can't see crying we will talk later , right now u need to sleep piya , look at yourself you are soo weak first u go to sleep we willtalk in morning ok ?
Piya : no abhay , I want my answers right now
Abhay trying to smile a lil : my question bank , target your questions on metomorrow morningright now u need a deep slumber
Piya : but ..
Before piya could speak abhay placed is hand over her mouth
Abhay : no more piya .
He made piya sleep and got up from there but piya held his hands with a scared expression .
Piya : where are u going abhay ? Please don't leave me
Abhay giving a assuring smile : I m right here piya just going to change my clothes
Piya : I love you abhay , promise me u will never leave me again
Abhay : I love u too piya .

IN MORNING

Piya woke up from her sleep , the sleep which was missing from her eyes in this months . As soon as she opened her eyes ,the first thing she looked for is abhay but he wasnt there , she looked around but didn't found him , she started panicking but before she could go out to look for him , abhay came inside with a tray full of food .
Abhay : looking for me ?
Piya with a relief : abhay !!!
Abhay : come on now piya , go brush then u hav to finish this up
Piya gave a big smile to him : abhay I can't believe you are back , I .. I don't knowing wat to say I was soo incomplete without u abhay
Abhay cupped piya's face : this is real piya , I m finally back to my home to my family to my piya !
Piya : I will be right back
As soon as piya went to washroom , abhay spoke : I wish piya I could stay with u all here always but that's not possible , your abhay has changed piya ,he is no more the old abhay , once u get alright I make u realise tat this is not your abhay , u have to hate me piya .

Soon after piya came back , abhay feed piya a vegetable sandwich , an apple , a glass full of milk , bowl of salad , muffins and pancakes . Only Abhay knows how he made piya eat all this
Piya : enough abhay , not a single bite more , I haven't ate this is much in 10 days and u are feeding In 1 day
Abhay : that's why I m making u eat this , it will make u strong again
Piya : tum agaye na , this is enough for making me strong
Abhay felt so bad for making piya suffer so much , but even he was helpless how will he ever be able to tell the bitter truth which is worst than any nightmare .
Abhay : I m ... Sorry piya because of me wej lost our chil...
Before abhay could complete , piya interrupted : please abhay , I don't wanna talk about tat . I just wanna forget tat horrible memory . But tell one thing abhay , where the hell were u all this time ?
Abhay : actually piya , I had a bad accident after your call , and I was admitted to hospital . My phone and wallet were lost somewhere in accident so no one could contact u all and after I woke , I saw I was in a horrible condition and I didn't wanted to trouble u all , Sonia just called I m fine , it took much time to recover , as soon as I recovered I came back ...
Piya was horrified listening to the truth : abhay are u mad , u should hav told the truth , watever it would be atleast I could take care of u
Abhay : piya I was in a very bad condition, doctors doubted if I would be able to live .
Piya : still abhay , u should have told me , atleast u would be infront on him
Abhay smiled a lil : I sorry piya , I just did'nt wanted u to get hurt . Anyways leave this .
Just then Varun and Tara entered the room .
Varun : BHAI !!!
Varun and abhay had a bone crashing hug . Varun couldn't stop his tears , he cried and cried as since there parents died , abhay was everything to Varun .
Varun still crying : bhai ... Where u ? U .. U know na I can't handle anything without u , and u left for soo many days , u r my support system bhai and are u alright ?
Abhay calming him : I m completely fine Varun , and stop crying , tu kabse rone laga huh ? Everything is gonna be fine now ok . And Ab stop crying or I will start calling u glycerin .
Varun hitting abhay lighlty in his shoulder : stop it abhay .
Abhay : now u stop crying tara , u are toh my brave sali , right ?
Tara with teary eyes : no I m not brave ,I am weaken girl
Varun giggling : I so agree on tat part
Abhay hugged Tara too : I missed u too Tara , u like sister to me . I m sorry .
Piya : now would u came back to your wife ?
Abhay : I m always here piya .
Just then abhay got call , he looked at the caller and went out of the room immediately .
Abhay : what ?
The man in a sarcastic tone : oh well hello my newly new cousin .
Abhay : why did u call ?
The man : well I just called to see if your fine and I suppose your happy family reunion would hav been ended by now , so did u told the truth to them ?
Abhay : tatsn none of your business
The man : well I think u must not have told the truth u r not tat STRONG , well if u want I would do the honour of telling them
Abhay : just shut up ok , why did u called ?
The man : oh well actually the mother India was calling u , they wanna talk something so please do the honours of coming heretomorrow morning
Abhay : I will be there
Saying tat abhay disconnected the call . Abhay : from tomorrow , I hav to make everyone realise tat this isn't tat old abhay , today last day to see my family smiling but I m doing tat for there good only , ( frustratingly ) why me god !!!

Ps-: guys next part updated, don't know how is it, hope not very bad, and yea we are really sorry for updating so late, but we both were a bit busy, and mistakes may be there coz of less time couldn't check it so pardon for that too. Hope u all like it, plz hit the like button if u like and plz do comment as it inspires us a lot.

YAY! Am first 🥳 😆 Sorry gals I had read it yesterday night itself but I am commenting today coz I was very sleepy 🥱 last night. That was amazing job girls 👏 What has happened to Abhay? My guess is he's turned into a vampire Poor chap 😭 Else y would he even dream of leaving Pia? Poor Pia, she has suffered so much Please dont make her through another heartache again 🥺 Abhay already seems to have suffered a lot n now when he came back probably to bid a farewell he gets to know that Pia suffered a miscarriage too 😭 Ye kya kar diya tum dono ne? Abhay probably would have stayed back atleast for the sake of the child then but now no chance I guess 😭 Varun Tara moment was lovely 😳 Both r falling for each other.
