Well dint Abhay tell her about Jeh -- yes maybe not the reason -- because he is more scared for her -- she still remains close to Jeh -- giving false hopes to Jeh as well -- So here its not about Abhay not trusting Pia -- its about Abhay not trusting Jeh which is more.

Today when she was talking to Jeh she mentally thought that -- her trust on her love is wavering -- She knows why Abhay is with Alina -- right!? Abhay constantly kept looking at Pia after confessing to Alina - what more does she want from him! If she knows abhay she should know Abhay never tells her anything!

I think I'm gonna disagree. Alina hasn't been through the shit Piya has. Moreover i see no harm in Abhay telling Piya everything. She can handle it and he should remember what happened last time when he didn't tell her the truth about Sid. The best time to judge Alina's character will be when she gets her heart broken by Abhay.
