Well dint Abhay tell her about Jeh -- yes maybe not the reason -- because he is more scared for her -- she still remains close to Jeh -- giving false hopes to Jeh as well -- So here its not about Abhay not trusting Pia -- its about Abhay not trusting Jeh which is more.

One more thing -- I am not talking about the Misha accident persay -- I am talking mostly about how Pia's trust on Abhay's love wavers. Today when she was talking to Jeh she mentally thought that -- her trust on her love is wavering -- She knows why Abhay is with Alina -- right!? Abhay constantly kept looking at Pia after confessing to Alina - what more does she want from him! If she knows abhay she should know Abhay never tells her anything!
