He has already told her that he needs Alina -- however much the stupid way he is executing it in -- he has told her about Alina -- what more does she want !? She was right to scold him for it -- so this truth he did tell her.

Last truth -- Jeh -- Well we all know he is hiding because of Jeh's blackmail -- here Abhay is not trusting Jeh -- He is scared for Pia that is why Jeh's truth is still in the dark.

So frankly there is no question of Abhay not trusting Pia -- If Abhay can traust Pia with his Vampire secret and moreover with Alina's secret then what else is left to trust Pia for!?

If you ask me the only thing Abhay does not trust Pia is -- to be safe! And he will do whatever possible to keep her safe!

If he tells her that her life will be in danger, don't you think Piya would make sure she does not do anything that will put her in harms way.

If Alina turns out to be that mystery lady, then there will be no question about her trust in Abhay, as she will know why it is happening.
