Well to tell you the truth, I was a newbie only a couple of months before and nobody bashed me. Infact, if one is nice and respectful to others, others try to encourage you. This is the reason I am IF-Rockerz now and so are many others in this Forum.

The people who are disrespectful and don't comment fearing that they will be bashed for being disrespectful, remain newbie for a long time.
