Let me be free, so I can fly,
Stretch my wings and soar above the sky.
Feel the wind blowing through my hair,
Smell the fragrance dissolved in the air,
Tiny rain drops on my cheeks,
Green grass carpet under my feet,
Rising of the Sun behind the mountains,
Beautifully setting on the horizon.
I want to go beyond these walls,
As they block my sight,
To lose the burden of this competitive world,
Let my soul be light and bright.
I am losing myself in this modern jungle,
These high buildings and concrete walls,
Every minute heavy rush on streets,
These iron polls and iron wheels,
Those tiny watches ringing on wrists,
Every step seems timed now,
Humans have turned into machines.
I feel like enmeshed in this invisible net,
This suffocating air is chocking my breath.
I want to break all the rules,
And let my spirit free,
Like the bird of boundless sky
And to deny Golden cage luxury.
I want to go where my "will" will drive,
But have faith in me,
I will return to my nest by night,
No matter, in day wherever I fly.
Let me be free, so I can fly,
Stretch the wings and soar above the sky.
