I want to actually read the books first...

To see what differences they have made...

One I know the character Meredith is not there

okay but the book is marginally different. The show is made very sexy while the books are pg rated.

So true yaar. Damon has more fans than Stefan wheras in the book we all just love Stefan than Damon. It shows what good acting and the line delivery can do to a characer
