What is Neel upto?

Hey guys,what do you think Neel is upto?today he said to Panchi that he will be using her for something..But what?I really dont think he is doing all these for revange(to Panchi)..there is some inner motive..but its really confusing!!!😕😕 If he is against Abhay,then he would have tried to make piya fall in love with him so that Abhay is hurt.😡😡Or if he want dobrial family with him, then he would have acted nice to Panchi to have her support.Now Panchi hate him more and will never support him..So i dont think neel has any connection with Abhay😊😊.But then again the question remains~why is he doing all these?To make Panchi fall in love wih him..??Maybe he is acting to have another girl-friend(sana) so that Panchi would be jealous(but i dont think that will work.most probably she will be using sana as a way to break the engagement)Is he really negative??😡or is he just acting to be??Neel's character is really confusing...
