All it said was Sid will tell Piya that she was bitten by a vampire and that person is Abhay. Arnab is going to need blood and Piya can't help cause Sid tell's her she has vampire blood and will be one soon. It doesn't say that Piya will no Sid is a vampire or Abhay brother.

But in promo its shown tht sid says her welcome to vampire world n I don't think she is dumb enough to not understand tht sid is a vampire😕
