Why to compare with Twilight and VD?

First of all Thank you Kanya for repyin. N yes, even I think the same.

Usually its like "Bhedchaal", a sheep flock, that people follows blindly. I have read first 3 parts of twilight, but i didnt find it that interesting as compared to other famous novel series based on vampires. Even Vampire Diaries is ages better than Twilight. N there is no way one can compare Bram Stroker's adorable creation, Dracula of which twilight and vampire diaries are inspired from. PKYEK is equally original, though sum of sub plots have been the same as with VD. If PKYEK is a copy, VD and Twilight are the bigger copies of Dracula which inturn was inspired (copied for critics) from ancient mythological creatures "VAMPIRES " or should I say nosferatu. PKYEK is far better in terms of story as compared to Twilight.

am sure u havent read the book twilight.. u have just watched the movie... dnt make assumptions tat twilight is bad!!! twilight pkyek are the best vampire stories.....

if u have read the book u wouldnt act so foolish!!! 😕

Hey listen, for your info I've read innumerable novels, n the 3 twilight novels. I'm a complete novel junky, from past impressions to narnia, from dracula to harry potter, from VD to Da vinci code, from CON (hope u know the full form) to the wings of fire (Musshharaffs).
So, dont dare to call me foolish. Its u. U are a foolish Twi fan. Better know ur facts, n read VD and Dracula series n then we shall talk!

but u listen am not saying that VD is bad!! it's actually good how the characters elena n stephen are truly in love with each other... and how elena has her rebirth!!! or re carnation!!!

but twilight is the best vampire shw!!! i knw there is something lackinin the movie but u shuld read breaking dawn first and then give ur opinions !!!!

according to me twilight and pkyek are the best !! if u just give the name of famous books which u think u have read dosnt still change my opinion !!!

Good! So now lemme tell u that why had I written all the famous book titles here. That was just to make u let know that I'm a complete novel junky. Had I written the names of unfamous herein, u'd have thought I hardly read any good one. My point is that though Twilight is good, I agree but its not the best or even the best vampire novel written ever. I'd recommend you to first read Dracula n then put ur say up. For the best, we have century cracker Harry Potter series (me not a diehard fan but looking at the storyline and the plot). If u read the series even 100 times, u cannot even find one loop hole and the loop holes for the continuation are so uniquely woven that they never seemed to be that way. That just looks a normal incident. Same case lies with VD, Narnia and Dracula. But in case of twilight, its not running on a predefined story. Rather its just continuing and on which lacks the essence of a serial (novel). Me not against any Twilight fan, but yaar plz dont rush into n let ur opinion be influenced by others. Be the best judge urself n try to ssort the things out unbiasedly and without prejudices'. YTwilight is good but its not as good in its story as compared to PKEK, VD, and DRACULA. N I can bet, after reading dracula, u'll even 4get VD n PKYEK. that is so much engaging n suspenseful. Pls do take my advice with good spirit.

Now that is an Insult I don't think I or Millions of Twilight and Vampire Diaries fans would not take. So please refrain from such comments. As someone who have read majority of Vampire stuff I can assure you that PKYEK does not match up with any of those even 10%. The USP of PKYEK is the Abhay Piya love story and Actors without which the serial is dead. No doubt it has all the spices to entertain the Indian audience which is why I also watch it. But PKYEK story Originality...? I refuse to waste my energy talking of it.

Excused, but first u need to get a life! What am I saying and look at the way this girl is implementing it. I dint said that PKYEK is best. But I said it do have a good basic storyline, VD TV series was also miles distant from what VD actually is! Several sub plots have to be introduced to keep the tv series running n that is what Vd also did, n PKYEK is doing!

This is the way they take they keep it high on monetory! Otherwise it'd have been in utter loss as is the case with YRF shows. They cant just go on one storyline. But here the basic characters, Abhay, Sid, Chaand, Haseena, Sid and Piya, and their suspence cum horror filled story is what is the best part. I agree the production quality is below the international standards n that is what is really a let down. Had it been shot with 80 lakhs per episode and by only one script writer, I can bet it'd have crossed all the norms!
And for ur million of fans, I didnt insult Twi and Vd, not at all, even I myself is a hardcore VD fan, but million fans do not aproove the quality and story. A good example is Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. This serial is still the highesdt gainer on TRP charts with an average TRP of 22 for the year 2001 to 2006, which is impossible to beat when even the highest shooted TRP of other shows have never crossed the mark of its half. Average TRP of 22 means that 220 million people were its hardcore fans for more than 6 years. Still can u rank it as the best soap on ITV. I think now u got ur answer. Records doesnt aprooove the quality, they just influence our opinion to judge it!
