I think in yesterday's episods when Abhay reading the book !!!

Maybe Piya was look the name of the book and she thinks that is Abhay's favorite book

Piya knowing such personal details which only Maithili knows and could have never been mentioned in any book is a simple hint given by the CV's to us that Piya is Maithili reborn.I think when Abhay heard all those answers even he realised that Maithili is there before him and remember a few episodes back when Abhay touched Maithili's painting in Pandher palace Piya who was in the college tour bus on her way home felt it in the bus itself.That was the 1st hint of Piya being Maithili.
