according to me d epi was stretched.........nd dere were sum senseless scenes as well.......after reading d TB article my expectations were really high but it all went down d drain👎🏼
even i got dat OSO feeling after seeing d epi nd i thought dat metz was convincing but piya (no offence) but jst cudn't make it to dat level
nd moreover dat NAT GEO footage dat came in b/w out of nowhere was d most annoying thing😡
dey cud have not stretched d epi nd cud have done everything really fast........den i think it wud have been much better!!!! but seriously really disappointed..........not by d actors or cv's but because of stretching d epi

Hello ppz!

Okay, there is not much to update today , nor to comment upon- but to feel for sure. It was one long sequence which was not about ChaandEena or Piya. It was about the meeting of past and present , history repeating itself and life coming a full circle for Abhay with fate giving him one more chance to save the one he loves. The Abhayendra who is buried in history pushed Abhay to go into the fire and save the woman he loves.

Abhayendra told Abhay to just get up and save Piya from the flames even if it means revealing the monster in him.

Abhay ' She will hate the very sight of me.

Abhayendra ' Big deal. So what if she will hate you? At least she will live.

And thus , brushing away Abhay's momentary fear of losing Piya to his own identity ' his vampire identity, Abhayendra pushed Abhay into the flames. It was a test for Abhay and he shone through. There he stood in front of Piya , every inch , a monster. Not conscious of how shocked and numbed she looked. It was about saving her and he did it. The man in him who died 200 years ago prepared him for the worst. It was about choosing between Piya and Piya's picture of a M&B Love story. He chose Piya.i just loved the way abhayendra pushing abhay to go and save his love.....no matter what the consequences are ur love will be alive and thats the importance of true love.....

As for Piya, well, I believe that if the girl had the guts and insanity to set herself afire for Abhay ' then, no matter how much the basic human fears pull her back , all roads will send her running back to Abhay. Long back , there was another Balaji serial ' Kkusum which had some sheer brilliance in writing , especially in dialogues. And during those days, the protagonist Kkusum had said something that I will put down in English here ''coz it applies to Piya and her situation :

" You should never test anyone in love. They may trip and fall in a moment of weakness. That is a failure of strength, not the failure of feelings. Just because someone falters at that moment of testing in fire doesn't mean they are dishonest in their love for you."so true in case of pia .......it might look like that she failed but later her heart will bring her back to her abhay....she like it or not her heart is now out of her control and even if her mind dominates and not allow her to go to abhay her heart will not let her live without abhay so this fear this reaction will be momentary as once get in terms of abhay being a vampire she will go trough any obstacle to win him back

Anyway, nothing much to say on the Abhay-Maithli FB except that it was very disturbing and just as tragic as all other scenes of that unfinished love saga. Piya actually put Abhay through so much of hell today but then as she said " This is for you, Abhay." So, I just let it pass.

Oh , and Om Shaanti Om? Well, the whole sequence reminded me of the entire fire in the studio sequence with SRK-Deepika in OSO. It is one of the best shot fire sequences ever in the history of Indian Cinema . Not to forget SRK-Deepika were stupendous in that scene. Deepika , to me was the best in that scene and I never saw that spark in her again. Maithli screaming for help takes you back to that devastating shot in OSO where a horrified and hysterical Shantipriya is ramming her hands against the glass peep of the studio door. Amazingly shot and enacted. Infact , that scene is the only thing that haunts you after the film is over. Today's PKYEK episode was in a way a tribute to that fire scene , whether the writers and directors admit it or not.

the only scene which left an impact from oso was the fire scen ,....beautifully shot it had strong affect

ChaandEena? Well, monsters on duty and they are doing what is in their nature to do. 😆

P.S- Strange but Sukirti's expressions as Metz were spot on but she was not all that convincing as Piya- "Something" was missing. No offence.i think trying to be different actually brought out lot of difference😆😆😆 plus there metz was burnt alive by her father but here she herself put her on fire

Abhay n Abhayendra both of them rocked in their conversation the way Abhiyendra gave courage to abhay was wonderfully picturised

Pia was okay It did n't felt from her expressions that she was hurt may be coz she was rather more shocked than anything else.

Abhay is still in love with Metz , this is what I feel..

Pia only plays a role of filler in Abhays life it rather looked like that atleast to me..!!

ChaandEena will play there pat soon , waiting for master to arrive

It will give a clear picture about future episodes

but I thing it will take time..as of now I thing Pia will feel disgusted about her loving a Vampire an animal..from whom she'll be scared for few episodes..

but I feel till she realizes her true love for Abhay is more than her being scared of his dark side, it would actually be too late n I feel this is the time when the Master enters in frame..!!

Just hope for the best..!!

I dont know, but i felt that Abhay didn't look scary at all. Piya's expressions weren't that great either. I felt that Abhay looked scarier when he was trying to scare the warewolf away in the earlier episode. Fingers crossed for tomorrow's episode, i hope she won't break his heart.

Well said, Poco!! Those lines from Kkusum are beautiful and you're right, they suit Pia! And yes, the scene was so totally OSO!!

From my side, I have nothing to say on Pia or Chandeena or Maithili or the jungle or the fire or anyone else because for me, the dialogue between Abhay and Abhayendra made me forget everything and I mean EVERYTHING else! Nothing else mattered at that time. Abhayendra asked Abhay a question (as if Pia wasn't enough for that), asked him to make a choice: Would he rather have his love hate him or have her dead? Can he bear with the thought of losing his love yet again?? Pia recreated history by setting her surroundings on fire. Can he let history repeat itself by letting her die? What was more important? Pia dead, not knowing the truth or Pia alive, terrified at his very sight? He was bound to feel pain yet again. Which pain would he chose? The pain of losing Pia or the pain of Pia hating him in his true form? And Abhay had to decide. He chose Pia's life over his fears. He recalled the past, he recalled the tragic end of his love. He couldn't bear to go through the same again, he couldn't lose her again! And hence, defying all rules, all warnings, all threats, he chose to save Pia at the cost of revealing his identity, at the cost of having Pia hate him forever.

P.S. I totally agree when you say that Sukku was much better as Maithili than as Pia, I don't know why. I thought maybe Pia was pretending to be scared or something, though that doesn't make sense because Pia was actually scared

Btw, I didn't get one thing. Though I don't have an opinion on Chandeena's actions even today but I'm confused as to what they exactly did. Why did they block Pia's way out? So that Abhay is revealed to her???!! I mean I initially thought that they wanted Pia dead but then, they knew Abhay was coming😕

well i have not much to add. The transformation was somehow overrated. the convo between past and present was at some points overdramatic from Vivian....the scream was not needed, the animal clips were abs out of place. but well, it was overally fine.

Actually the worth watch of it all was Piyas lines for Abhay before puttign the place on fire and Abhays 'i'm not gonna loose her again'.....and Abhays and Piya aka Vivian and sukirtis expressions, specially towards the end after the transformation, i liked that she didnt go wide-eyed overdramatically but was looking more as a big shocked question rather than scared to death, so disagreed on that part.
