Ginno makes fun of Shyama that she is with them for some time as she is getting married. Other girls aks who is he. Ginno says he has come from city obey and respect elders. Girls recognized its Kishen, one girl asks Shyama whether she has told Kishen about it or its in mind. Shyama says she'll tell him, Kishen is standing behind he comes asks will she marry him. Shyama feels shy and runs away. We see Kuwar is watching all this from distance. At haveli, Kuwar has called Jagatji(Shyama's Father). He says Jagatji will not run "tanga" anymore, Jagatji is shocked. Kuwar clears he has made him leader of tangawala and he'll work in office that also under fan and he'll get 100 Rs. p.m. Munimji asks whats in Kuwar's mind, Kuwar says if he wants Shyama he has to keep her father in hand. At Shyama's house, Tilu is learning alphabet A for apple, B for ball and repeating continuously, Shyama scolds him and says if he learn this way he'll become Balu not Kishen. Jagatji comes and tells about his new job and tells Tilu will go city for higher studies. Shyama feels unusual and thinks is Kuwar playing any game.
Kishen is busy writing Shyama's name on tree. Shyama comes and makes sound of bangles, Kishen says now everyday he'll come first and wait for her. He asks her to close eyes, she closes Kishen comes closer to her she opens her eyes, he says she don't trust him. Shyama says if he says she'll not open her eyes whole life. Kishen gives red bangles to Shyama, she says they are beautiful, he adds they are beautiful because its in her hand. Kishen asks why is she disturbed. Shyama tells about Kuwar making her father leader of tangawala. Kishen says Jagatji deserves it. Shyama says she know her father very well, he is lazy and 10 times she has to tell him to do work. Kishen says she is thinking wrong Kuwar has changed. Shyama thinks Kuwar is planning something big.
We are back of flashback. Adi says Shyama should have told him about Kuwar but girls will think 1000 times but after that no execution. Shyam also says she should have told him than he would have done something of Kuwar. Adi tells to forget it and asks about Balu as he thinks Kishen is his competitor, problems are sorted or not. Back in flashback. Balu is holding sweater given by Shayma and thinks she loves him. Here, Ginno is dreaming, Shyama asks her, Ginno asks did Balu said about sweater. Shyaam replies he didn't said anything may be he didn't like it. Ginno agrees and says she is right no design no color. Balu comes wearing sweater and assk how is he looking. Shyama laughs and says he has worn reverse. Balu is embarrass and says he'll change and come.
At factory, all workers and Kishen are gathered around Munimji's table, someone asks why Kuwar has called them. Kuwar comes and tells Dada Thakur always dremt to make this factory successful. He says he has planned to add machine to their factory and any one has objection they can say. Workers agrees and says they'll support to his decision. Kishen says machine will make factory more successful, more production and profit. Workers says if Dada Thakur was alive, he would have so happy. Kishen says Dada Thakur is alive in our hearts. Workers says they'll celebrate tonite. We see dance sequence. Kishen and Shyama dance together, Balu feels odds than he also dance with her. All are celebrating and dancing. Freeze.
