yay...firstly, i am so glad we have a punjabi forum too....lolz...(can u tell i haven't been on IF for a long time??? lolz...)
well, i think u guys r rite, pple r becoming too modern...but dats not just punjabis...it's everyone...and i think its good to some extent but like sum1 said, we should remember where we came from!
now for my own personal saga, i am a jattni (i think thats d rite word) and i personally don't know a lot about the culture....living in USA does that to u....but i am still proud of what i am...i do try to eat my mommy's roti lekin it gets hard to take out d time to....so McDonalds it is on most days (says while chewing a french fry)...lolz....

i am sure they are getting modern and they should be because punjab every year ranks #1 in india for the best and the rich state and punjab is developing fast. 👏
