Sassy, I'm sorry but I have no idea about the fasting in Ramadan. All I know is that hey fast from sunrise till sunset and they don't even drink water throughout the whole day,

And that also they fast for one whole month. Which must be very hard. We fast for only one day and it drains is out.

In Hindu calendar, there is this one month of Shravan, Some people fast for rhe whole month. They eat only once in a day. But there they don't have any restrictions on when to eat. Some people eat during daytime, some eat in the evening.

I always find it so fascinating when I learn about different rituals in different religions. 😳
