Chapter 38
The day of the birthday bash came it was held at Radha's event resort all of their friends and relatives were invited; most came out of inquisitiveness about SP and his two wives and their kids.
G3 sat with her relatives Maya and their relatives all speaking about Radha, Akash and the seven month pregnant handicap Ishita, the ancestral home that were converted into a resort with the addition of the neighbouring property that was renovated to five star ratings with finance from Yash. When they were tried of that they discussed Yash and Aarti's relationship, how that boy Ansh would inherit everything and he is not of SP's blood
The Dubeys were there enjoying mingling and helping Radha entertain the many guest most of whom were business associates and friends of the family.The kids were having fun as many relatives and friends brought their kids along
There were lots of dancing even SP wanted to shake a leg and he did with Dubey ji, with Radha, Shoba and Aarti closely observing him
Gayatri was angry that SP was giving so much attention to Radha and her sons; he was enjoying himself, chatting and eating with all his friends and relatives proudly speaking about his family.
Aarya enjoyed dancing together and with their kids, they looked like a perfect happy family, Yash holding a giggling Ansh in his arms who proudly told all that he will grow up to be just like his Yash papa, while the girls stayed close to their Aarti mama holding on to her hand or her palu.
Time arrived to cut the cake all sung happy birthday Ishita stood with Akash while he cut his cake and fed both his wife and dughter, Aarya also cut their huge choclate cake feeding each other then their kids and family.
They continued dancing the night away with Yash and his brothers toasting their good fortune of being blessed with a loving family. Yashu made sure he had his beloved wife Aarti in his arms for almost every romantic song.
The relatives of course had to comment that they had never seen Yash so relaxed and happy before, they teased G3 that she had rejected Ishita as her bahu and she still ended up as her bahu, to which she defended that Akash is not her son.
After the party Aarti made sure her little troop were safely in bed then she had to place a drunken happy Yash to sleep who kept singing romantic songs and wanted to dance holding on to Aarti and swaying his body to the rhythms in his head. Finally he co operated with the removing of his clothes but he then started to remove Aarti's clothes he was in the mood for romance kissing her all over. When she got him in bed he turned her over so that he was on top kissing all over her front moving slowly downwards to her female centre an aroused tired Aarti had no strength to stop him so she laid back and enjoy her husband's exploring hands and mouth only lifting her legs around his waist when needed. Yash required no enticement from his lady love just looking at her the entire evening was enough, her darling drunk husband led and she followed enjoying each other's body he turned her over and moved her hair to gain access to her neck and beautiful back his hand and lips did the communicating with Aarti's moans and groans answering him. Then he entered from the back with Aarti holding the headboard for assistance Yash was enjoying him self and giving his beloved oodles of pleasure finally tired he fell asleep on his darling their legs tangled together Aarti had no choice but to try and sleep with her hot handsome heavy hubby on her.
The following day was a happy day for the family Panjak and Vidhi took G3 and Maya home after the party, along with other out of town relatives; while Prateek and Paridhi slept over at Radha's SP also spent the night there and was taken care of by his love Radha, he decided to spend a few days there recuperating. Breakfast was a pleasant affair Radha, Aarti with Ishita and Paridhi help made breakfast.
Paridhi felt at home there she and Ishita spoke about clothes and other stuff they both had a lot in common being the only child from rich families who were much papered with their parents prior to marriage. Paridhi was not good at house work and felt at ease here where Radha did not insist that she cooked all, instead what she did was help cut vegatables, and the cleaning up was done by the maids; she said that Vidhi was back home slaving in the kitchen because there were lots of guest to cook for.
Radha had arranged for food to be sent to SM for breakfast and all of the meals for the duration of stay by the guest; but she only told this to Aarti and of course Vidhi who was so grateful for all the help because even with Ramdularie and the other two helping it would still be too much for her all they had to do now was reheat the food and serve; Radha smiled at her young bahu who clearly had a lot to learn about life and taking responsibilities as wife.
Paridhi said she refused to be like Vidhi Bhabhi a housewife who only read and discuss the latest recipes, watch daily soaps on TV, go to the temple with her saas, or gossip about the family and relatives or neighbours; when she goes shopping it is only for foodstuff.
Radha and Aarti shared a smile listening to Paridhi complain she had a lot to learn.
Paridhi and Ishita kept on speaking she shared that her dream was to be a famous TV/RJ host with; that she wanted to be a working woman with her own money to spend on the things that she wanted not dependent on her husband and have to ask permission from her saas who is determine to control her life. Paridhi continued that she has a job as a TV host a youth based talk show dealing with issues of the contemporary generation; what they like the music, dance clothes, their dreams. She further disclosed that many of her shoots takes place at night time; Ishita asked how dose she manage that Paridhi said with the issues at SM no one knows except Prateek that she is working at nights and Prateek get angry and they argue but if he want to pursue his dreams and he has the support of his brothers with Radha ma convincing bauji, and bauji has no proplem with Aarti Bhabhi and Ishita working they why can't she follow her dreams.
Ishita said that their situations are different since she works at home, helping Radha ma and Akash with the office work and sometimes she work out front in the resort as the receptionist, while Aarti Bhabhi works with both Yash and Pankaj bhayia, sometimes with Radha ma that she too is based at home; she explained to Paradhi that they are both wives, and mothers who love caring for their families.
The men discussed the renovations with their bauji showing him the works progress and explaining to him how much business they were getting.
Aarti stood by the doorway of the restaurant admiring how Yash was animating his conversation he looked so proud of seeing his plans for the resort come to life. Akash stood looking at Prateek encouraging him to explain to their bauji about his plans for the restaurant and catering business.
SP stood proudly listening to his sons he so wanted Pankaj to be present but he had to be at home ensuring all was well with their guest both G3's and his relatives from the village.
Aarti "hello sorry to disturbed but it is time for breakfast you can continue your discussion at the table"
"Yes bahu I am feeling hungry and a bit tired now"
"Yash why did you tire out bauji you know he needs his rest and have to eat on time for his meds"
"Me alone you are blaming your two devar are there too" said a pouting Yash

"Bhabhi are you trying to make Yash bhayia into a dictator" laughed Prateek
While serving breakfast Aarti begun to feel light headed and begun sweating she almost fell. Yash noticed her in time and grabed hold of her and the dish he made her sit and fed her, giving her a sweaten orange juice. All became worried for Aarti and SP insisted that the doctor be called, the kids were close to tears they had never seen their mother sick and they were frightened seeing her not able to stand and sweating their papa had to carry her into the bedroom.
The doctor came she did some blood test prescribed medications and told Yash that Aarti is pregnant about six weeks that she is amemic and her blood glucose went low; told to make an early appointment with an Ob/Gyn who would take over Aarti's care.
Yash was super excited a baby their own baby, but he was worried for his Aarti if she would be safe during this pregnancy the doctor assured him that all will be fine once Aarti follows the Gyn's advice.
Aarti was excited their own baby the fruit of their love she looked lovingly at her Yashu who was beaming with pride, a huge smile on his face, he hugged her and kissed her forgetting that they were not alone.
The doctor cleared her throat made her excuses to leave but Yash broke the kiss and escorted her out leaving behind a happy blushing Aarti.
The family were anxiously awaiting the news Yash told all and the ladies rushed in the room to congratulate Aarti while the men thumped Yash on his back laughing and teasing him.
The kids were happy a little brother or sister to play with they jumped on the bed and hugged their mama
Radha ma was so happy another grandchild to welcome she told Yash to inform G3 and the rest of the family.Radha had organised a baby shower for Ishita at the weekend she had invited all the family and friends; so the SM guest were there for the week.
After all the teasing Prateek and Paridhi left for home [SM] where it was expected that they would help play host to the guest, Paridhi of course had her nightly TV shoots that she had no intention of missing.
Yash and Aarti with their kids came for dinner and it was clear that the relatives had formed their opinion he was the stepson of G3 the son of the mistress; he and his family were treated poorly by the relatives no longer was he the favourite nephew. Despite that they shared their happy news with all Pankaj and Vidhi were thrilled Maya hugged Yash she blessed him told Aarti congrats and wished for a son to carry forward the Scindhia bloodline, but the rest just gossiped along with G3
The rest of the week passed with Yash helping both Pankaj and Prateek to play host to the relatives to make sure that they had everything and that their stay was comfortable; Aarti came on a couple of days to help Vidhi with the guest; but they were not appreciated and kept making remarks about Aarya, Ansh, Radha and Akash, until Yash told Aarti to stay away, rest at home or help Radha with the office work.
After a few days SP returned to the SM and had to listen to the taunts, gossiped, and the advice given to him that he should leave Radha and stay with G3 his married wife. SP explained to all that Radha and himself are married they got married in England thirty plus years ago, she is the love of his life, and yes G3 is also his wife but he is not emotionally attached to her, he only stayed with her to please their family and the bias Indian society. That G3 had the choice of divorcing him and moving on with her life but she choose not to; that she knew all about Radha; and yes he understands and expects that they all will sympathized with Gayatri and bad talk his Radha.
Paridhi was always trying to avoid dealing with the guest but Maya and G3 demanded that she stay and do her part, she argued daily with Prateek and always found a way to avoid staying at home having to fake being a happy traditional Scindhia bahu, so she would assess the situation then sneak off to her job. Which in her opinion was more important, she could not understand why Prateek would not support her with this; he was so loving and supportive before they were married always encouraging her to pursue her dreams; she wanted to see the look of pride once again in his eyes when he spoke of her the popular RJ now she had a TV show and it was doing well so far as per the ratings and her growing fan base on the social networks. Instead she and Prateek were growing apart there was a strain on their friendship their sex life was almost non-existent all this happening during seven months of marriage they should still be in the honeymoon phase enjoying being young and in love.
Vidhi shared with Aarti about Paridhi's behaviour she was rude to the servants and to the elders on occasions when they questioned her about her going and comings at all strange hours. Aarti said that she will speak to Paridhi so the following day she made her way to the radio station and saw Pari having coffee with her collegues. Paridhi was thrilled for the visit she introduced her Aarti Bhabhi to her friends Aarti told Pari what Vidhi said and advised her to be careful when speaking to her elders she tried to explain how the elders think how they expect the younger ones to obey them even though they are adults that they will forever see them as children. Aarti tried to explain that as their bahu they expect her to follow them their decisions not do as she pleased, that a modern working bahu was something strange to them who believed that only the man work for money and the wife stays at home and perform the housework, give birth to kids, and follow her husbands and his father's decisions.
Paridhi listened to her Aarti Bhabhi but she was determined to live her dreams; her point being that her parents trusted her to explore her dreams they supported and encouraged her, not questioned her over every little thing; that she is an adult capable of making her own decisions; that Prateek knew this about her since they met back in the first year of collage.
Aarti suggest that she dedicate a couple of her shows to this topic get the opinions from her audience maybe an open discussion with her listeners might get her to understand their culture or help bridge the generation gap for not only her but all her fans because Aarti was surely not getting any where with her.
The day of the baby shower arrived Ishita dressed as a bride was escorted by her sister in laws down to the hall where the pooja would take place. The ceremony started Akash broke the coconut inside had a nice healthy white meat and clear water all said it was a good sign that the baby would be healthy.Then the elders presented their gifts and blessed Ishita.
There was a performance by a dance troupe lots of food drinks and dancing for the party which all enjoyed.
Yash kept a close watch on his love because that morning she had a serious bouts of morning sickness and all this activity of helping Radha ma for everything to be smooth sailing was tiring her out. When Yash took her aside and fed her the relatives gossiped, when he sat close to her resting her head on his shoulders and hugged her they commented. Everything he did to keep his darling comfortable was met with looks of disappointment and negative comments from their relatives.
Paridhi who was observing all was dying to tell of the nosy relatives while Vidhi tried to explain that the overt expression of love between a husband and wife is something that their relatives were not accustomed to, that in their world the wife serves the husband and they show feelings/physical attraction/intimacy only in the privacy of their bedroom at night. That the husband would never take care of his wife like this or would the wife allow her husband to care for her especially touch her feet.

Chapter 39
After all the celebration was over Aarya in their room Yash made sure that his love had a nice warm shower of course assisted by him with lots of soothing kisses. Their love making continued on their bed Yash was ever so careful with his love he wanted all her hormonal urges to be satisfied but he also wanted his baby to be safe.
Now holding her in his arms in the early hours of the morning he reflected on how his life had changed so much in the last few months since his beloved wife entered his life. This was so different from his time with Aripta she complained about how much weight her pregnicies were causing and she could not socialise with her friends as much as she wanted. But she demand lots of expensive gifts from him and Yash give in because because both his ma and sassuma told him to keep his wife happy during her pregnancy so that he would have a healthy boy. The son never came but the demand for expensive thing never stopped and the multiple trips to Mumbai beach house was a must during her pregnancy.
Aarti was just happy having him close to her especially when she was feeling sick, but then again they still had seven more months to go.
Sensing that her Yashu was awake Aarti stirred and adjusted herself so she could see her hubby's face in the moon light streaming in from the window.
"Jaanu what is wrong can't sleep how come??"
"Baby just thinking about the past and how different my life is now."
Aarti got alert was he wishing it was his beloved Aripta here in his arms that she was the one pregnant; she knew how much Yash loves her but sometimes doubt creeps in especially when things are going almost too good to be true.
Aarti saw Yash smiling down at her and he moved towards her lips for a slow sensuous kiss making her forget her misgivings.
"Wow! Mr Scindhia what has gotten in you this early morning?" she giggled
"Only me realising how lucky I am to have a beautiful wife and kids with another on the way; and made a silent wish that other like me get the chance for happiness a second time around. I love you so much Aarti Yash Scindhia" and kissed a tearful Aarti again and they again made beautiful love in the slience of the early morning.
"Mama we have a school project the topic is OUR EAMILY here are the guidelines" Ansh showed his mama
Palak said "Mama what will we present our family is crazy" she said with a serious look on her face.
Yash asked "What do you mean by that baby?"
"Oh Papa two of our grandmothers tried to separate us from our mama and you; we have four grand mothers other kids have just two. First we lived with dadaji and G3 dadiji now we live with Radha dadaji and dadaji visits here and sometimes sleep here in Radha dadaji's room. Our friends eyes will pop out in surprise if we say that and they will tease us." Explained Palak
"Yeah papa they already talk and say that Palak and I are not brother and sister, that mama is an evil stepmother just like in the fairy tales."
Payel chimed in "Yes mama our friends don't understand how much you love us and Ansh is our bhayia"
Akash who was passing by the lounge stopped and he started to laugh Radha ma who was also sitting close by was shocked at the conversation and very embarrassed. The kids are very observant no matter how much she and SP tried to be discreet they still saw.
Akash "Ma the little ones are very smart I wonder how they will handle this. I remember my time in school when the kids asked me about my dad and why he is always travelling. I could not tell them it was because he had two separate families."
Aarya heard their conversation "Akash I am sorry for what bauji did to us"
"Bhayia you don't have to apologise it was not your fault all that is part of life; maybe I too can help the kids with their project. It is already public knowledge that bauji has two wives and sets of kids"
"See papa how we will explain this to our entire class they will make fun on us" complained Palak
Aarti felt for her kids then said that they will use history to help explain they will use a popular topic the kings of olden day how they had many wives and kids.
"Aarti baby now it is illegal to have many spouses."

"Are they allowed to use the computer?" asked Akash
"Yes they can in their school a computer is a must in every household, they start from kindergarden" said Aarti disapprovingly
"Bhabhi what is wrong?"
"Akash bhayia I feel for those innocent kids who don't have one because their parents can't afford; and what about the poorer schools the kids are being kept technology behind like the one Ansh used to attend before computer classes start from grade eight."
"Honey even pre school has computers" said Yash
"I still pefer the old fashion method of making a chart" answered Aarti
"We can do both" replied Ansh who wants to have his ma happy he did not like her unhappy face.
SP who returned from a meeting with a client sliently stood aside and heard the conversation. What could he do to make the kids school life easy; the fact remains as they said they have four grandmothers, two nani ji and two dadji ji, they will be teased in life but he is confident that his grandkids are strong. Ansh looks like he is willing to argue and defend his family's reputation and perhaps physically fight.
Yash told the kids that Ansh will explain about his badi mama and papa, his first papa, mama and {Aarya}his parent's punar vivah, while Palak will explain about her Aripta mama and her parents {naniji and nanaji}.
About the Scindhias well Dadaji has two wives G3 dadaiji is his first wife and Radha dadaiji is his second. The family tree will have Yash and Akash as Radha's kids and Pankaj and Prateek G3. They are not lying it is a fact their family is a large extended one. Both kids will take turns to present.
The following few days the adults helped with the project and practiced with the kids. Then the Friday arrived for presenting the project the kids were confident about their work, but the adults were nervous. What if the other kids tease them? Will Ansh control his temper and not punch someone?
The adults blessed the kids and Yash took them to school. Aarti was so worried that she got ill her morning sicknes had her in bed feeling week from all that vomiting Radha had her two bahus to take care off because Ishita was starting to have some form of labour pains but was stubbon she wanted to stay at home until the kids returned to find out how they did with their project.
Akash complained that she will find out even if she is in the hospital, but she agained said that Aarti is not feeling well and ma needs to stay with her until Yash returns home, and she too want ma with her in the hospital like the last time.
Akask tried reasoning that he and her mother would be their but Ishita stubbornly said no she wants Radha ma only.
Even Aarti tried convincing her but she told Aarti to get a midwife home instead she is not leaving until Yash and the kids come home.
Yash waited for his kids in the school grounds and the three little monkeys came running to him Ansh and Palak were so happy they received medals and a plaque with first place written on it. They hugged and kissed their papa even Payel hugged her papa. "Thank you papa for your help we got first prize" said Ansh jumping into his papa's lap hugging and kissing him.
Yash "My babies good job" and he kissed them back "Payel what about you did the teacher love your drawings?"
"Yes papa she did I have to thank mama for helping me"
"Kids we are going home first the family is waiting for us, plus Ishita chachi has to go to the hospital to have her baby, and she is waiting to for you all"
"We are going to have another sister soon" said Palak
"How do you know we could have a brother" responded Ansh
"No another girl to play with" said Payel
"Oh no I already have three younger sisters and one older sister a boy is needed now right papa"
Yash "yes champ all these ladies will gang up on us and beat us up"
"Papa don't be silly we have plenty boys in the family" said Palak
"Yeah papa there are dadaji, taju, You, Akash chachu, chote chachu Prateek, Verdant bhayia, and Ansh bhayia lots of boys." Chimed Payel
The debate continued until they reached home; the kids ran in and found their mama sitting in Ishita's room with their Radha dadaiji Namaste all see what we won" and proudly showed their medals and plaque :Thanks everyone for you help" and they hugged and kissed all.
Akash entered carrying his daughter in his arms "Okay now madam Ishita can we go to the hospital now your kids have returned victorious. Congrats my babies" and he kissed each of them.
Pryia "Mama go have baby sister in hospital" said the three year old
"See even behan want a sister" said Palak with Ansh rolling his eyes.
Radha and Akash assisted Ishita into the car making the groaning wman comfortable for the drive to the hospital.
Yash made sure Aarti and the kids were comfortable and fed before taking them to the hospital where the met Paridhi and Prateek. Vidhi had to stay back at SM to cook dinner and Pankaj and their bauji were in a meeting with an important client.
Yash took Aarti and the kids home leaving Akash, Radha ma, Prateek and a very sleepy Paridhi behind.
Ishita delivered a healthy baby girl after ten hours of being admitted in hospital. Akash called his brother and informed him of the happy news and requested for him to come for a very tired Radha ma to return home.
The following morning Yash took his family to meet Ishita and the baby, they met Pankaj, Vidhi and their bahji there all happy and visiting the new mother and baby.
The kids were excited "Another sister" said Ansh
"Yeah another sister to play dress up" said Payel
Palak said "Pryia look your baby sister see how tiny she is a so cute"
Pryia "So small mama papa baby so small I want to play with baby"
Ishita Pryia you are a big sister now and have to help mama with baby sister"
"But I am still a baby mama"

"Pryia a small girl I want mama, when mama come home I miss you"

The family left soon after to spend the day in the park they had lunch in the nearby reasturant. Parateek and Paridhi met them and had fun with the kids. No one mentioned that G3 and buaji did not show any interest in Akash, Iasita and their baby.
Back at home Yash planned to have a warm bath with his dear wife who was having a good day no signs of vomiting the entire day.
In their room Yash carried his love to the bath tub he started his romance os slowing kissing her and removing her clothes. Yash kissed all her exposed places moving downwards causing Aarti to shiver from passion. It was a grand celebration because Ishita's father was a very happy man he now had two grandkids it mattered not that they were girls he saw them as two blessings.
Ishita's mother and aunts tried befriending Maya and G3 because they all frequent the same temple but G3 stubbornly held on that Ishita was not her bahu while Maya supported her.
Aarti as usuall was the perfect hostess and over worked herself and had a fainting spell in the kitchen where she was supervising the catering staff. Yash who was close at hand took her into their room and kept her there for the reminder of the night of course the nosy relatives who saw Yash carrying his wife in his arms and did not return to the celebration had lots to say.
Paridhi who was close to the gossiping aunties snapped and told them to mind their own business that they are just jealous old hags who wished their life was romantic and interesting like AarYa's.
SP and Radha had to explain to the complaining aunties that Aarti is not feeling okay but she is trying her best to do her part; and that Paridhi is of the now generation who believes of freedom of speech and expression.
As the weeks passed and the old year/ New Year arrived the Scindhia decided to host a grand party at the newly restored resort alongside Radha's and Akash's resort both properties were combined into one business and Prateek had his restaurant there.Paridhi had made a name for herself hosting a weekly tv talk show dealing with the youth's their fashion, dance, music what matters most to them; and it's sister programme on the radio. Prateek was very proud of her and her achivements. While Maya and G3 thought she was a disgrace because of the stylish modern clothes she wore in her tv show, they thaught that it was to revealing and enticed men's attention. Plus she did not inform her fans that she is a married woman.
Vidhi on the other hand was becoming a bit resentful because here she was stuck at home a simple housewife while Paridhi refused to do any house work and only barked orders at the servant and when she did speak to Vidhi was to ask her to prepare lunch for her. Aarti was still living at Radha's and working with Yash part time or helping Radha ma with the business accounts. While she Vidhi had to deal with the two grumpy old ladies who kept on shouting orders at her.

A teary Aarti opened the box it was a black cocktail dress with tiny sleaves he eyes opened wide the cut of the dress was simple but it had a modern sexy feel, she loved it and ran o try it on she returned looking ravishing Yash could not take his eyes off his beauty "I Brought this for you to wear at the party tonight. Do you like it?"
