Chapter 36

Aarya and kids went home with Radha ma Akash and Ishita; they settled the kids in their room after a light snack, it had been a very eventful day now they have to prepare for a fight for the girls Yash got a message from his lawyers that all the adoption papers for the girls and Ansh is completed they are the legal kids of Yash and Aarti. Yash shared the happy news with Aarti who ran into her kids room and kissed her sleeping babies then went into the pray room and offered silent pray to god thanking him for helping them cross one major hurdle.

Yash had followed his wife and he too had tears of joy in his eyes he too offered prays to god; then he hugged his wife and they made their way into their room."Yash now that I am the girl's legal guardian there is no way their nana. Nani can fight claiming that they have no mother figure or that you are alone raising the kids."

"Aarti you are my wife and the mother to our kids, even if Aripta were alive I don't think she would have had the patience to understand, play, listen and love them like you. When you are with them you communicate with them on their level you have the ability to use paly to make them understand about life even when you punish them they understand why they are being punished and learn from their mistakes. Why would any sane judge take our daughters from a loving mother like you? Baby you are a lawyer you should know these things"

They went to bed lying in the comfort of each other's arms talking about the family's reaction to their news and wondering when Gayatri ma will stop being so mean and understand her reality and move on; she had always said that Yash was her favourite, she loved him and his daughters so much that she wanted the best for him now where is all that love it just went away when she found out that he is not her son she became a step mother and he the hated stepson. They wondered if that is one reason why she is supporting Aripta's parents to get custody of the girls is just to hurt him and Radha.

The following day Yash received the court's notice that Aripta's parents are suing for the girl's custody; they cited that Yash and Aarti are bad parents; Yash is neglecting his daughters in the care of a spiteful revengeful woman who only care for her son. They stated that the children were moved to unfamiliar surroundings with strange people and that was taking a further mental strain on the girls. The hearing was set for two days' time.

Aarya spoke to their lawyer who handled the adoption for them Aarti would work alongside with him since he had years of experience with family law. They tried their best to explain to the kids that their nana ji and nani ji wanted to separate them from their mama and papa. That they would have to go to court and explain to the judge and many other people about their life, their parents, bhayia, new dadi ji and chacha and chachi ji, and that they should be brave and speak the truth.

That night the kids demanded to sleep with their parents the girls hugged Aarti tightly out of fear that they may lose her; the next day they were unwilling to attend school because they wanted to stay with their mama, but Aarti managed to convince them to go that she will be there for them when they return home. Aarti cooked their favourite lunch and took it to school for the kids she stayed with them until they finished eat, then she went for them after school, the three kids stayed close to each other and their mama the entire evening only leaving her side when Yash arrived home from work, again they slept with their parents that night.

The following morning Radha offered a special prayers for their family, even SP was there to offer his prays and support for Aarya who took the blessings of their parents. The Dubeys also came to offer their support and blessed the family.

The kids wanted their mama to feed them breakfast, bathe and dress them they were so frightened of having to leave their mama and go live with their nanaji and nani ji; it had been months since they had last seen them, and the last time they did they said mean, bad things about their mama.

Aarti had the opportunity to prepare their case with the family lawyer; they were armed with their facts and witness if needed.

In the courtroom Yash sat with his kids while Aarti sat with their lawyer by his desk; their family also came and sat behind Yash as support.

Aripta's parents with Gayatri sat behind their lawyer; the grandparents tried to get the girls to acknowledge them but the kids just smiled and returned their attention to their family.

The judge came and the procedings started both sides took turn to present their case

Aripta's parent's lawyer "This case deals with the suing for full custody of the Minors Palak Y Scindhia six years old, and Payal Y Scindhia five years old by their maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Ramjattan. Aripta Yash Scindhia the mother of the minors Palak Yash Scindhia and Payel Yash Scindhia was the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Ramjattan and she died in a vehicular accident xx amount of years ago leaving a two year old and a ten month old daughters. Their father Yash SP Scindhia was unable to care for his daughters and left them in the care of his mother G3 SP Scindhia his buaji Maya Scindhia and his Bhabhi Vidhi Pankaj Scindhia. The girls lacked the love and care of not only their mother but their father. Then six months ago Mr Yash Scindhia did a Punar Vivah with Mrs Aarti Prashant Dubey a divorcee and mother of a six year old son. We my lord have evidence to prove that Ms Aarti Y Scindhia is a bad stepmother that she has neglected the girls, in favour of her son, we have evidence that Mr Yash Scindhia also neglect the girls that they are left in the care of strangers and are mentally tortured by their so call relatives"

Aarti "Good morning my lord I am Aarti Yash Scindhia representing my husband and myself in these proceedings. I have evidence which I will present to the court that will refute the Ramjattan's claims that Mr Yash Scindhia and I together with our relatives are bad parents and examples to the minors Palak Y Scindhia and Payal Y Scindhia."

Judge calls your witness and present your evidence

Ariptas family lawyer "I call Mrs G3 SP Scindhia to the stand"

All in the family were surprised that she was called as the first witness; SP shook his head and whispered to Radha this will not be good all our family secrets will be revealed by this lady.

Yash looked at G3 his eyes begging her to reconsider her decision but she just ignored his plea and looked passed him to SP, Radha, and Akash.

G3 "G3 SP Scindhia the dadiji of the girls"

Lawyer "Aripta Y Scindhia she was your bahu for how many years was she married to your son Yash Scindhia?"

Lawyer "Was he happy in that marriage? Was it a love or arranged marriage?"

G3 "It was an arranged marriage and yes he was happy they loved each other a lot"

Lawyer "How was your son Yash Scindhia after his wife Aripta died?"
G3 "He was sad and lonely he loved her so much the girls were a constant reminder of her"

Lawyer "Who too care of the girls then?"

G3 "Yes they got into fights at school, they fight at home with their stepbrother, they even said bad words to us and they were being mistreated by their stepmother."

Lawyer "How were they being mistreated by Mrs Aarti Scindhia?"

G3 "She punished them by sending them in their room for hours, and she took them and my son away to live separately from our family depriving them of our love and care"

Lawyer "My lord here is a recording of the girls talking with their dadiji about their new stepmother and another of Mrs. Aarti Y Scindhia shouting at them I summit this as evidence to the court"

Aarti "My lord the entire court should be allowed to hear this evidence"
Judge "Granted" and he ordered the CD to be played

They heard Palak's voice " shouting that she don't love Aarti and Ansh that they are bad people then G3 comforting Palak saying that her real mother Aripta is looking on an protecting her, Palak saying that stepmother is very bad lady made her eat yucky breakfast and lunch . G3 asking if she pulled her hair and did it hurt, Palak replying yes. Payal shouted that Palak is lying mama did no such thing then G3 prompting Palak to admit that Aarti hit her on her hand for no reason again Payel shouted that she is fibbing on mama. Then they heard Aarti calling for the girls and told them they should not play pranks on Ansh and Palak would be punished for being naughty.

During the playing of the recording Aarti indicated to Yash that she will have to expose their family's secret in public in order to save their case. Yash was in agreement and he indicated to his parents what Aarti had to do SP also agree.

The judge took the tape he said that he needs to listen to it again in his chambers he asked the lawyer if he had any further questions to which he said no. Then asked Aarti if she had questions to which she said yes

Aarti "Mrs Scindhia could you please again remind the court about your relationship with Mr Yash SP Scindhia and the two minor girls"

G3 "I am his mother the girls dadi ji and your saas "

Aarti "His biological mother or stepmother Mrs Scindhia?"

G3 was shocked she did not expect Aarti to reveal their family secret publically "I am his stepmother" she quietly stammered

Aarti "I did not hear Mrs Scindhia speak a bit louder so all could hear clearly"

G3 "I am his stepmother and the girls are my step granddaughters"

Lawyer "How is Mrs G3 Scindhia being Mr Yash Scindhia stepmother have any relevance on this case?' he smiled

Aarti "My lord I want to draw your attention to the fact that as Mr Y Scindhia stepmother she has loved and accepted him as her son for thirty one years, then why can't the stepmother of Miss Palak, and Miss Payal love and cherish them too; after all their stepmother has her biological child too she knows what it is to be a mother just like Mrs G3 who is the mother of two biological sons yet she had enough love in her heart to give to her stepson Mr Y Scindhia along with ther two sons. Why then can't I give the same love to Palak and Payel that I give to my biological child just like Mrs G3 Scindhia has done over all these Years. Why is my love too my children any different than her which she give to her children??"

Aarti said "The recording Mrs Scindhia how, why was it made and by who?"

G3 was shocked she did not expect this she was silent looking at Aarti then at her friends the Ramjattans

Aarti "Mrs Scindhia the court is waiting your reply"

Lawyer "I object why is that revelent the recording was made as evidence"

Aarti "Evidence for what my learned friend?"

Judge "Mr X think before you speak." He cautioned "Answer Mrs G3 Scindhia"

G3 "I made the recording on my mobile" she turned to the judge" the girls were always complaing about that boy and his mother so I made the recording"

Aarti "When was the recording made? Did you share the information with anyone else?"

G3 shouted "When you first came to live with us and I told my friends the Ramjattans, you kept my stepson and his daughters away from us, you poisioned their minds against Aripta their mother"

Aarti "My lord Mrs G3 Scindhia is an unfriendly witness"

Judge "Mrs G3 Scindhia please answer only what you are asked"

Aarti "Mrs Scindhia Are there cctv in your home that are seen by the security officers and your family on a daily basis"

G3 "yes there are"

Aarti "Won't it have been better to just use one of those recordings and first show it to your husband and family have a discussion with them before showing and discussing with the Ramjattans"

G3 shouted "The Ramjattans are the girls grandparents and they have every right to know about the welfare of their granddaughters, their mother was their only child, you are no one to them you have no rights on them"

Aarti "So Mrs Scindhia their stepmother in your opinion has no rights on their wellbeing"

G3 shouted "Yes that is what their elders are there for their grandparents are still alive to guide them"

Aarti "Mrs G3 Scindhia their father Yash SP Scindhia is very much alive and he is the one to guide his daughters, with the help of his wife their mother, Mrs G3 have you forgotten the role of mothers and fathers in the lives of their children. Lawyer "I object I don't see the relevance of this question"

Aarti "My lord they pointed out to the court that Yash SP Scindhia first marriage was arranged why I can't also show the same for his punar vivah"

G3 "This was also an arranged marriage my husband wanted a mature girl for Yash to be a good mother for his daughters"

Aarti "Why did he want a mother for the girls"

Judge "Madam Answer the question or I will charge you with wasting the courts time" said the man in a stern loud voice.

G3 felt intimidation "Because he believed I was not coping well with their care, that the girls were growing up too quickly, that they needed a mother's care and love; and I was becoming too old to deal with the activities of the young children, that I was unable to answer their endless questions; Vidhi bahu was too busy with her own children and the housework; even the servants were becoming fed up with their naughty behaviour"

Aarti "I have no further questions my lord"

Judge "You may step down madam.Call the next witness please"

Lawyer "I call Mrs Ramjattan"

After she was sworn in

Lawyer "Madam state clearly who you are to the court"

Mrs. R "I am Aripta's mother Yash SP Scindhia saas, and nani to the children"

Lawyer "Explain to the court why you want coustody of your granddaughters"

Mrs R "it was brought to my attention that the girls were poorly taken care off that their father was neglecting them and leaving them in the hands of an evil stepmother"

Lawyer" do you have evidence to support this madam?"

Mrs R. "Yes"

Lawyer "My lord here are photos of the injuries the girls suffered at the hands of their stepmother I submit it as evidence"

The Scindhia family looked at each other in surprise what the heck was going on??

Aarti said "My lord the court has the right to view this evidence"

The judge ordered that the pictures be placed on the monitor for all to view there was a picture of Palak with her knees skinned and bleeding, one where she had a bluish blackish mark on her right arm, and one where she had scratches on her back.

Mrs R "Her step mother punished her by making her kneel down for hours, then on another say she beat her again for telling on that boy their stepbrother."

There was a collective gasp in the courtroom; the Ramjattans and G3 give a victorious smile they believed that this was their trump card.

Lawyer "What did their father Yash SP Scindhia had to say about this abuse?"

Mrs R "He said nothing in fact he did not take my innocent Palak to the doctor their dadiji did that and call us to the emergency room"

Lawyer "I want to let the court know the type of individuals we are dealing with, the venomous woman who call herself a mother and the neglectful young man who is the father to these innocent children, who is so taken in by the beauty his wife possesses that he looks the other way"

Judge "any further question"

"No my lord"

Jugde Mrs Aarti Scindhia any questions

Aarti "Yes my lord"

Aarti "Mrs R who took those pictures and when did that incident happen? Also only pictures whers is the written report from the ER?"

Mrs R "Their dadai ji took the picture and you know when it happened you are the one who punished my angel Palak, and doctor's report we got no such report but the pictures speaks for themselves you tortured my angel Palak"

Aarti "My lord this is also another hostile witness"

Judge "Noted by the court; Mrs R just answers the questions asked "

Aarti "Remind us again who told you that her alleged stepmother punished Palak Mrs R"

Mrs R "G3 Ji called my home and told me"
Aarti "Please clarify to the court who is G3 Ji you refer to; and when was this "

Mrs R gave Aarti a hostile look "a few days after you married my son in law Yash; G3 ji is his mother"

Aarti "Is G3 ji Mr Yash SP Scindhia biological mother or step mother?"

Mrs R. "His stepmother but she is the one who brought him up and loved him as her own son for his entire life"

Aarti smiled at all present in the courtroom then said "Mrs R therefore all stepmothers are not bad they are capable of loving children who are not their own" and she smiled at Yash

Aarti continued "Mrs R are you aware that there is a time stamp on the picture look carefully at the right hand corner those numbers there tell us the time and date. Now tell the court when did Mr Yash Scindhia have his punar vivah?

Mrs R "on the 4 th April 2012"

Aarti "Now read the numbers on the photo"

Mrs R "2012 02 03 "

Aarti "Do you know what those numbers means? Well let me tell you what means, the third of February 2012. Mr Scindhia was married on the fourth of April 2012. Now explain how Miss Palak Y Scindhia got punished by her alleged stepmother when there was no step mother in her life at that time. I am very surprised that my collegue your experienced lawyer did not point this out to you Mrs Ramjattan"

Lawyer "my lord I did not notice the date nor did I know the relevance of it my clients did not inform me"

Judge "Mr X that is sloppy work on your part"

All in the court was shocked at the revelation. The Scindias smiled proudly at Aarti.

Aarti "Mrs R again I ask you where is the incident report from the hospital's ER giving details of Miss Palak's alleged wounds inflicted by her alleged stepmother that too should have been brought in as evidence or were you afraid to submit it because of the date written on it?"

Mrs R began to show signs of being very disturbed sweat was seen on her perfectly made up face; even her husband and G3 had sweat on their faces and were lowering their eyes looking at the floor,

Judge Mrs R "I have the feeling that you are frabricating evidence against the Scindhias"

Mrs R "No judge we are not it was just a mistake it was the wrong photo I have another one and the report yes I have a copy of it if you give me time I will bring it tomorrow to court" she looked at G3 and her husband for help but they were shocked and embarrassed to be caught in the lie

Judge "lawyer X explain to your clients the penalty of false evidence and wasting the courts time."

Lawyer nodded and said yes.

The judge told that he too will also have to pay a penalty for wasting the court's time.

Aarti "Mrs R explain to all present here in this courtroom how did Miss Palak got injured, and remember you have to speak the truth this time "

Mrs R fumbled to give an explination "Palak was involved in a fight in school with another girl and the child's older brother also fought with Palak. The school called SM and informed them G3 ji went to the school and took Palak to the ER the pictures were taken then to use as evidence against the boy and his sister"

Aarti "And you saw your opportunity to use them in your case for custody of the minors your granddaughters"

Mrs R she looked very nervously at Aarti the judge and at her accomplices then said "yes"

Aarti "I have no further questions my lord"

The judge said "Any other witness Mr X?"

"No my lord not at this time" replied Mr X

The judge said to the court "I will speak to the minors with the help of a child psychologist to determine the truth of the situation; court adjourned until this afternoon, after I speak to the minors I will deliberate and give my verdict"

Yash came to Aarti and hugged her "baby you were fanstatic out there"

The kids hugged their parents Palak said "Mama I want to be a lawyer just like you when I grow up you were so calm and serious asking all those questions"

Their family Lawyer said Mr SP Sindhia if you allow I would like to offer your bahu a partnership in my firm I had heard about her skills but today I saw first hand her performance"

"MR Y my bahu works with her husband part time now to give her attention to the children and family" replied a proud SP

"MR Y we have not won as yet the kids need to speak first "said Aarti

"Mama we will be brave girls just like you and speak the truth" said little Payal hugging her mama and Aarti give her a kissy Palak also reached for a hug and Aarti kissed her saying "My brave angels will speak the truth and no matter what mama and papa will always love and be proud of you all"

Ansh asked Do I have to speak to the judge too if so I will tell how mean G3 dadi ji and nana and naniji are"

"No champ I don't think you would have to speak but if you do only speak the truth right buddy" said Yash holding Ansh in his arms

Vidhi and Paridhi came Aarti I am so proud of you. You are so confident and very observant "

Pankaj said "The case is not over yet after the kids speak the judge may want more witness to speak or he may not. Aarti you did well fighting for your daughters I am sorry but it looks like ma and the Ramjattans fabricated evidence against you"

"Pankaj bhayia a blind and deaf man can see and hear that Aarti Bhabhi is a great mother and those elders of ours are just mean and I can say of a few other words to describe them but the kids are here" said Prateek continuing "It took this case to start for you to start accepting the reality of what has happened to our family"

The lawyers and court clerk approached the Scindhias, told it was time for the kids to be questioned so follow them to the area where the child psychologist was waiting.

Chapter 37

The court clerk led the girls into the room filled with toys and a huge desk with a large doll house on it there were two ladies one older and the other young. The parents could see everything through the two way mirror, and hear their conversation, but the kids could not see their family the Scindhias and the Ramjattans together with their lawyers were present.

The younger lady introduced herself and the elder lady they spoke so kind and loving to the kids and made them comfortable. The girls used the dolls to convey their feelings about their family; they played with the doll house explaining their family dynamics both at the SM, the Ramjattans and at Radha dadiji homes.

The ladies asked questions about their parents and Ansh the kids answered while playing with the toys, they spoke about how mean their nanaji and nana ji were; how they said bad things about their Aarti mama and Ansh bhayia; how they made Palak say a lie about her mama and recorded it G3 dadiji said that they were playing a game so it was okay to say bad things about Ansh bhayia and mama. They told how their grandparents told them to do Ansh bad things and play naughty pranks but mama caught them and punished them by giving them time out in their room, she and papa also explained that they should not be naughty children, that god don't love naughty children. They acted through the dolls about everyone in their family.

Pankaj looked at his mother with disappointment in his eyes he believed in her and supported her when all was ready to point out her flaws; now for the first time he is seeing her through new eyes. How could she be so cruel do what she did; she hated Radha ji and bauji so much to support the Ramjattans because the girls are not her biological grandkids but Radha's, when she is also aware that they the Ramjattans too are elderly and not finically able to support the girls to give them a good education, does she hate Aarti so much that she used the girls to get rid of her, why was his mother doing all this. What is Aarti's fault because she is an educated working woman, and Yash fell in love with her in no time, and they started on their happy married life or because she is not willing to be ma's puppet but has a mind of her own?

Pankaj realised that this was planned but by who was it ma idea or the Ramjattan's and Aarti was the pawn; they wanted to still have their hold on Yash to control his money and the girl's inheritance. Pankaj stealthily looked around to observe his family's reaction if they had come to the same conclusion as him. Aarti was a bright girl she probably realised this and Yash he might be slow on the uptake when it comes to family relationships but he is bound to realise this, it was so obvious from what the children were saying.

All had tears in their eyes listening to the kids innocent talk/play with the two ladies it was understood what an great impact Aarti had in their young lives she is their mama not stepmother they love her all and she has become their role model; they know and understand how lucky they are to have her in their young lives, that god sent their Aarti ma for them to love and protect them, that she loves them maybe more than Ansh bhayia, and their Ansh bhayia is their protector after their papa; when they behave naughty he too yells at them and tell them to be good girls, they explain how much they love their bhayia but they also love playing pranks on him and he on them.

Yash who was holding Aarti's hand for support give her a slight squeeze and smiled at her his beautiful wife not only her physical beauty but her inner beauty not every woman would be willing to accept another woman's children as her own especially when she has her own child.

SP looked at G3 shook his head and asked her "Why did she do this is her friendship with the Ramjattans so important that she is willing to ruin a good woman's life; what did she hope to accomplish? Was this all planed out before they made the anoucement that Radha is Yash's biological mom so hurting Radha and himself was not the main motive; it is to control Yash and the girls to keep a firm grip on Yash's wealth, but when you realized that Aarti is not the demure wife you hoped for one you could control and keep below your feet. You three formulated your plan to get rid of her and ruin her reputation in society as a bad woman and mother."

Yash said "Bauji control yourself this is not the time or place I know you are angry but we will deal with this after in the privacy of our home"

Radha "ji control you will send up your bp if you are not careful"

The court was called back in session after lunch

Judge "I will adjourn the proceedings for today court will resume at nine am tomorrow where I will give my verdict"

Outside the media were waiting blocking their path asking questions taking photos after all the Scindhias were amoung the wealthiest family in central India, and this case was unique grandparents suing for custody of their daughter's kids citing abuse both mental and physical. Now there were claims of false evidence and perjury with the statements presented in court. The alleged evil stepmother is the lawyer fighting her own case who found the fake evidence.

All went back to the SM the Ramjattans begged for forgiveness from Yash they still treated Aarti with scorn. Yash snubbed them "You are greedy heartless people "was all he said.

G3 "Yash is that how you speak to elders to accuse without proof"

Yash "What ma I spoke the truth to use innocent children to gain wealth, to try and ruin a good woman's reputation all because you want me as your mindless puppet like I was when I was married to Aripta. How am I not saying the truth we all saw and heard the bogus evidence you all had; we all heard the kids speak from their hearts the truth as they know it to be. Don't you three have the slightest bit of shame? Look what you did now you will be charged by the court for perjury, and wasting the court time."

"Yash beta have mercy on us we just want what is best for you and our granddaughters and we don't think that this woman is it, look at her she is only after your money." Said Mr. Ramjattan

"Excuse Mr Ramjattan this woman as you call her is my wife my life the mother of my children she is my family you sir are a stranger to me so please don't call me your beta."

"Yash is that Radha and Aarti's influence that you have forgotten your manners" said G3

"What did I say is so wrong their daughter Aripta ji is dead she was my wife yes she is the biological mother of my daughters but they burned that bridge to familiarity when they tried to take away my girls, when they tried to break my family, they publically humiliated my wife and I. Elders are suppose to keep the family together encourage and be role models for the younger ones. What did you three do to make us proud of you? Instead I feel so ashamed of you my elders; when the kids go to school they will be taunted because their grandparents tried to take them away using devious means, they may be called lairs because you encouraged Palak to speak untruth about her mama and bhayia out of your hate, and greed; now our family's business has been made public because of your foolish behaviour. The media are waiting outside our house like vultures for the latest gossip; nosy persons present in the court room have already uploaded our business on the social networks. I hope you three are very proud of yourselves"

G3 "Yash it was your wife who informed all when she asked if I am your mother or stepmother, and you father did his part by sitting next to that woman in the courtroom." She turned and give Radha a nasty look then turn her attention to Aarti "A great lawyer you are exposing our private business to the world"

"G3 what was Aarti bahu suppose to do allow you to ruin hers and Yash's reputation, just sit back and hand our granddaughters over to them these greedy vultures." He turned to the Ramjattans "if you needed money to continue your business all you had to do was ask us we would of invested in your company Pankaj could help with the managing of it even Radha is a very good business woman she could help return your company to making profits; but no you are too proud to ask us for help instead you want to extort money from my son using emotional blackmail." Shouted SP

"Bauji relax no need to get over emotional over them it would be better if you go lie down" said a concern Yash when he observed his father sweating and beginning to look pale."Aarti, Vidhi bhabhi take him to his room"

They were walking towards his room when SP complained of feeling dizzy "Yash, Pankaj bhayia come quick!!" shouted Aarti

The men came and took a week SP to his room the doctor was called all became very concern for his health. Both Radha and G3 stayed outside while Maya stayed with her nephews in the room; the four bahus went to prepare tea, snacks then dinner for all. They were all worried because now the doctor advised for SP to be hospitalised overnight for further observation, his sons took him and Radha said she would spend the night with him Maya also said that she would stay with her.

The following morning in the courtroom the judge give his verdict the room was packed with media personal

Judge "I have had time to review all the evidence and statement presented in front of me. It is a sad day to know that this matter could not be handled within the privacy of the family; maternal Grandparents suing for custody of their deceased daughter children while their father and stepmother are still alive. Based on the evidence I have arrived at the conclusion that the minors Palak Y Scindhia, and Payal Y Scindhia will stay in the custody of their parents Yash SP Scindhia, and their mother Aarti Yash Scindhia. And charges are laid out against Mr and Mrs Ramjattan for perjury and wasting the court's time, also Mrs G3 SP Scindhia for perjury. Their fine and punishment is to pay X amount of dollars failure to do so they will have to spent X amount of time in jail. This case is dismissed"

Yash hugged his wife and kids to him they all kissed each other then the rest of the family congratulated them but because he is a kindhearted man he told Prateek to go pay the fine for the three elders because he did not want them to be jailed for their foolishness.

Ishita and Paridhi had another idea they wanted them to spend at least two nights in jail beforing paying the fine but Vidhi scolded them and said they are heartless, dispite what they did they are still their elders and they should continue to show them respect.

Aarti just smiled at the three of them took her girls hand and led them out while Yash had Ansh in his arms and they all left to the hospital where Radha ma and buaji were waiting on the doctor to explain the results of all the various test SP had this morning.

The ladies were smiling when they saw AarYa and the kids they hugged them all, Maya looked around for G3 Pankaj said that Prateek will bring her along after completing the formalities in court, and he informed them on the judge decisions.

Radha told that they were waiting for the doctor but SP was sleeping after having had his breakfast and medications. The family looked in on him from the doorway at his sleeping form.

The doctor arrived and took them to his office he explained that SP had a heart attack that he has a blockage and needs surgery.

The family was shocked doctor advised rest with minimal exercise; he placed him on a strict diet advising them to speak to the dietician. Told that he must take all prescribed medications on time, and asked them to monitor his bp and glucose levels daily. Maya confirmed that his bp and glucose level is monitored occasionaly by her Vidhi bahu, and that her bhayia do that for him self most times. The doctor told that he will keep Mr Scindhia in hospital for a few more days and will arrange the operation for the earliest

G3 and Prateek arrived and they told them the latest news, SP was awake and the family took turns to visit him, G3 went in last with Prateek and Pankaj she did not want to upset him any more than necessary.

Radha spoke to G3 she told her that they should put aside their differences and take turns staying with SP while he is in hospital and after with his home care because she knows that G3 still loves SP as much as she dose. Even all their sons and bahus agreed that now was the time to mend bridges and move on forward, leaving the past in the past.

At home Akash and Ishita planned a special dinner for AarYa and their kids the kids needed to feel happy and secure; that they belonged to a happy family with loving parents, aunts and uncles who all loved them.

Yash was worried for his bauji he felt guilty celebrating with them while his bauji was in hospital; but Akash told him that his kids also needed him that Pankaj and Prateek along with G3 ji are there for bauji tonight; tomorrow they would go with ma, spend time with their father and find out about his progress; their father knows his sons are there for him but it will be better for all if they took turns spending time with him.

The kids were so happy the judge said that they can all live together that no one will separate them from their mama and Ansh bhayia, they played laughed with their papa, Akash chachu and little sister Pryia while their mama, Radha dadiji, and Ishita chachi cooked the special dinner.

It was October and Yash's and Akash birthday passed quietly because of the court case no one celebrated their birthday, now their bauji was sick in hospital somehow it felt wrong to celebrate without him. Keeping this in mind Ishita and Radha had two small cakes one for the men's birthday and the other for AarYas victory in court.

Yash felt sad this was the first time since leaving collage he was spending his birthday without his parents and brothers; but his new family made sure that he had a good belated birthday celebration. The Dubeys came for dinner along with Prateek, Paridhi, and Vidhi.

Radha made plans for birthday celebration for Akash, Yash and Aarti at the end of the month; the day of her Aarti bahu's birthday hoping that SP will be in much better health to attend his kids celebration.

After the guest left the excited but very tired kids went into their bed laughing and talking about how no one will ever separate them and full of plans to share with their Radha dadiji about their parents and Akash chachu birthday celebration; Aarya made it to their room very tired it was a long emotional day, changed and went to bed hugging each other to sleep.

The following they had an early breakfast Aarti Ishita and Radha visited the hospital where Pankaj had spent the night with his bauji. G3 did not stay because she felt uncomfortable being there and SP was still angry with her, both she and Vidhi came with Prateek after the doctor told all about the latest results only Radha and Aarti stayed back with SP. .

That routine continued with one of the men spending the night with their bauji until his discharge five days latter. SP returned to SM where Maya and Vidhi fussed over him Gayatri was around but did not come to close for fear of sending SP blood pressure up high. Radha and Aarti visited everyday, they helped to look after him while Vidhi did her house work and Maya went to temple, but they did not stay the night out of respect for G3. Yash, the kids, Akash and Ishita would visit in the evenings have dinner there then they all would return to their home.

The atmosphere would be tensed as Pankaj still did not trust Akash but he tried for Yash's and Prateek's sake. Gayatri would have her dinner with Maya, Paridhi and Vidhi in the dinning room while while the kids AarYa, Ishita, Akash and Radha would eat with SP. Pankaj and Prateek would alternate their days between their ma and bauji.

Their business was making a profit Aarti enjoyed working with her Radha ma and Akash bhayia even Prateek was learning a lot working with them they give him small projects to oversee while he was waiting the completion of his restaurant. Pankaj was slowly realizing that Radha and Akash were not bad people that they too loved them and are part of their family.

Aarya's relationship was changing their love and respect for each other was increasing, Yash saw his wife as the strong confident woman she is, the loving mother, daughter, and bahu.

Aarti showed the same respect and love for G3 and Radha even Maya although when she had enough of Maya's taunts she calmly answered her back pointing out that Maya is also not a perfect human and she should also try and learn from her mistakes

Yash arranged a special treat for his wife when his bauji was feeling much better he took her out for the day to the park where they had a romantic picnic then back to their car for a long romantic drive stopping to see a community play in a nearby village it was a romantic drama based on a historical couple.

Yash was so inspired that he decided to show Aarti how much he loved her by reciting romantic poetry, presenting her with flowers, jewellery and a romantic dinner before taking her home to continue showering her zealously with lovemaking for most of the night.
