Hello everybody

My lappy has broke down and had went for repair so was not able to update on friday. Will update as soon as i will get my lappy back sory for the delay. I did thought of updating by phone but was not able to edit my work properly. So did not update

Part 15

Aarti just smiled and hugged him back tight. Radha Maa had just returned and was going to her room when she heard noises from Yash's room. She knew Aarti was there. She just peeped in to check on her two favorite children though the half opened door and found both of them hugging each other tight. Aarti's face was visible to her..she noticed the glow on her face. She smiled thinking something and walked away!

Aarti lay on her bed...lost in her thoughts. Today her guitar was far away from her. She was thinking about her evening with Yash and also her conversation with Prashant on the phone. She took a deep breath and looked at the ceiling. She was reminded of the time when he had shouted at her just because she said about "her" death. She had never seen him angry..especially around her. Before leaving for boarding school, she had known a scared, cry baby Yash who always wanted her by his side...to help him..to fight for him... to play with him... to cry to her...to boss over him...now he has changed a lot. He could fight his own battles...he could do his work without her help...he got his own friends circle..he could even get angry now. On the other had was Prashant who was so caring to her but after their engagement the things changed drastically. The person who use to pamper and was for her everytime she wanted know did not have time to even talk to her. She was thinking about the changes in the two improtant persons in her life.

The door creaked open and Shobha entered the dimly lighted room only to see Aarti lying on the bed...she hadn't changed yet. Shobha had a long day in the office and somewhere she was feeling guilty for not being able to give her much needed time and probably that's why Aarti was so naughty and know feeling lonely!!!

She sighed and sat near Aarti, turning on the lights. Aarti saw her and sat up.

Aarti: mamma..aap kab aayi? (mom when did you come)

Shobha: abhi tho aayi...maid ne bataya...tune ab tak dinner kyun nahi kiya? Its going to be 10 beta...abhi tak change bhi nahi kiya! Where were you? (I have just come...maid has told...why havent you taken your dinneryet? Its going to be 10 baby...you have also not changed yet! Where were you?)

Aarti: hmm..I was waiting for you. Yash ke saath thi (I was with Yash)..didn't feel like having dinner..so..

That's when Shobha noticed something on her arms. Aarti was wearing a full sleeved off-white t-shirt and jeans. Shobha immediately held her arm seeing that red patch over the fabric. Aarti winced in pain.

Shobha: Aarti..ye kya hai (what is this)? Why is it bleeding? What happened?

Aarti looked at it...utterly confused what happened. She looked blankly at her mom.

Shobha (sternly): did you had a fight with someone? Mein tera kya karun Aarti (what should I do with you aarti)...why are you so careless? And uske upar tujhe khud nahi pata ye hua kaise..infection ho gaya tho (and on top of it you dont even know how did you get hurt.. what if you get infection)? Go and change..Now. God knows what will happen after your marriage think Prashant is going to have a tough time looking after this careless girl.

Aarti: kya mamma.. choti si chot..lag gayi hogi kahin..relax.. itna tensin na lo...

Shobha: go and change now..i will dress it up.

Aarti rolled her eyes and went to change still wondering how did it happen. She closed the washroom door and took off her shirt and turned towards the mirror, checking her wound. Hmm...now where did that come from? It wasn't too deep...but it was bleeding a bit. Her eyes fell on the other arm. It had red marks on it...probably around the same place as that of the other arm. She looked at both her hands realizing what actually happened. She smiled...actually laughed looking at herself in the mirror.

Aarti: so Mr. Sindhiya..aapko actually gussa karna aata hain... (you actually know how to get angry)

She blushed hard remembering his words"meri zindagi mein teri jagah koi nahi le sakta (no one can take your place in my life)...and still didn't realize that she was actually blushing.

She was not sad or angry... but she was loving this whole new Yash now!! Something she had never expected to see. And her thoughts went back to his gloomy face without Arpita. She sighed.

Aarti: di.. come back soon warna iss devdas ke chakkar me mein pagal ho jaungi! (come back soon or i will go mad because of this devdas). But some were it also pricked her as it never matters to Prashant whether she is near or not. Infact after their engagement they had actually hardly met or had a porper conversation on phone.

She knew she had to distract him...and she will! She smirked naughtily. She loved irritating him to the core until he gave up.

Yash was sleeping peacefully. For some reasons he didn't feel like getting up early and working out. One lazy day wouldn't hurt..will it? He opened his eyes for a while and checked the time"7 am and slept off again. A few seconds went in complete silence..ahh so peaceful..he smiled at his thought. But oops... he expected too much I guess. And the next moment he heard his door bang open and her scream.

Aarti: YASH...UTH JAA... (YASH...GET UP...)

He turned away pulling the spread over his face.

Aarti shook him, "get up you idiot..we are going out...uth jaa.."

He pushed her away and tried to sleep, Aarti screamed, shouted , jumped but he didn't budge. She made a grumpy face and sat beside him...thinking ways to wake him up. That's when her cell beeped. It was Pari...BINGO! She looked at him from the corner of her eyes and took the call, talking loudly so that he could hear!

Aarti: ohh..hi Arpita di...how are you?

Yash's eyes popped open hearing her name.

Pari (confused): oyeee nautanki..mein hoon...Pari!!!

Aarti: kya di...aap bhi... khayal rakha karo apna... aise kaise chalega? (what di please look after yourself how will it work like this)

Pari: tu chup kar aur jaldi aa.. we are waiting.. (you keep quite and come fast we are waiting for you)

Aarti made a baby face, "di..wo..Yash..wo tho abhi tak so raha hai...I tried...but he is not waking up..aap phone rakho...hum baad mein baat karte hain..." (di wo yash is still sleeping i tried to wake him up but he is not getting up you keep the phone we will talk latter)

Yash felt like killing this girl! Ek tho she knew he was missing Arpita upar se not giving him the phone!!! He sat up instantly and shouted, "zyada nautanki karne ki zarurat nahi..am awake!! Phone de mujhe.." (you dont have to act ok i am awake know give the phone)

Aarti burst out laughing seeing his condition.

Aarti (on the phone): Pari..you people go ahead.. we'll be there in 1 hour.

Yash's face fell hearing that. stupid girl was making a fool out of him early morning. Grrr..hate her!!! Let Prashant go out leaving her after completing his work I will surely make her taste her own medicine.

Yash: Aarti..tune phir se ullu banaya mereko.. (you again fooled me)

Aarti: ehh lo..ullu ko ullu banane ki kya zarurat? (what is the need to make a fool fool)

Yash: AARTI...I'll kill you for sure now...!!!

She pulled him out of the bed and pushed him towards the washroom.

Aarti: han han baad mein kar lena..abhi ja and get ready..we're going out. (ok do it latter know go and get ready we are going out)

He made a face and looked away, "am not going with you anywhere!!!!"

Aarti: am not asking you Yash.. am telling you. So no other option. Get ready fassstt...

Yash: lekin where are we going? (but were are we going)

Aarti: I'll tell you later..but kindly hurry up!!!!

She ran downstairs and saw Radha Maa sitting in the hall reading newspaper. She went and hugged her, "good morning Radha Maa.."

Radha Maa: good morning beta..kya baat hain..aaj aap badi khush lag rahi hain? Baithiye..hum nakul se kehke aapke liye nashta banwate hain... (good morning beta what happened today you are looking very happy sit i will ask nakul to prepare breakfast for you)

Aarti: nahi Radha Maa.. no breakfast...hum bahar jaa rahe hain tho wahi kar lenge.. (no radha maa we are going out so will take the breakfast there only)

Radha Maa: Yash bhi ja rahe hain? (Yash is also going)

Aarti smiled cutely, "yes Radha Maa.. bechara devdas ban gaya hai Arpita di ke jaane ke baad...so am taking him out!!!" (yes radha maa poor guy has turned into devdas since arpita di has gone so i am taking him out with me)

Radha Maa looked at Aarti for a couple of seconds without blinking her eyes. How much more this girl will do for Yash? She remembered little Aarti had no issues with Yash whilst sharing her mom, her room, her mom's time.. and she actually agreed to go to boarding school for Yash and even after years...she is still the same!!! She kept her thought aside and asked her about Prashant. But before she can answer Radha Maa she saw Yash coming downstairs. Aarti kissed her cheeks and ran to him.

She sat in his car, instructing him where to go. He sighed and did as was instructed or else he knew she'll start bugging him till no ends. they stopped at a cafe for breakfast. Pari, Aman, Pratik and his girlfriend were already waiting for them. Aarti was in for a big surprise when Yash and Aman hugged each other. Later she came to know that they were together in the 1st year and since they belonged to different departments they separated as per their preferred core branches. They had their breakfast and Yash got to know about the plan"a full day masti..amusement park, lunch. Shopping and dinner (if they aren't tired enough). But Yash was surprised not to see Prashant there and he asked Aarti and she informed that it was a friends day out and also that Prashant was busy with his assignment for which he has come to India.

AMUSEMENT PARK

Summer break for kids..so it was filled with families and college students enjoying with their girlfriends and boyfriends. The gang was super excited to try all the rides. Pari was not; liking the idea of Pratik getting his girlfriend. She clung on to Aman's hand, looking away feeling hurt. Aman noticed that sadness in her face. He held her hand and smiled at her assuring everything will be fine.

Now Mr. Pratik noticed that eye-to-eye convo going on between Pari and Aman..he clenched his fists and chipkofied more with his girlfrien to gain Pari's attention. And Aarti madam was already bored seeing the two couples lost in their own world. She actually had only Yash to bug. She clung to him, giving him a cheeky smile. Yash noticed that smile and rolled his eyes knowing very well that his day will be ending with a severe head ache. But somewere he also saw the sadness behind that smile which showed how badly she was missing Prashant in all this.

As they went for rides, Pari knowingly sat with Aman and Pratik with his girlfriend to irritate each other. Aman was going mad with the cold war going on between them. And to Yash's luck or un-luck he was always ending up with Aarti, eating his head with her non stop bak bak. They stopped to grab something to eat before heading further. Yash held his coke can and looked at Aarti excitedly.

Yash: Aarti...chal pirate ship pe chalte hain... (aarti come lets go to pirate ship)

Aarti: huh??!!! Are you sure?? Tujhe vomiting-shomiting tho nahi hoti na??

Pari heard that and made a yucky face.

Yash: shut up and chal warna ride start ho jayegi..this is my fav. Ride. (shut up and lets go or the ride will start it is my favorite ride)

He held Aarti's hand and ran towards the ride. Pari was a bit scared of pirate ship because it goes really high. But her eyes fell on Pratik sweetly feeding ice-cream to his girlfriend. She clutched Aman's hand tightly and spoke loudly, "Aman..mujhe bhi pirate ship mein jani hain.." (aman i too want to ride pirate ship)

Aman: are you sure Pari? Its quite high..

She was really angry at that girl. She pulled Aman, "yes am 100% sure..lets go.."

Pratik heard that.

Pratik (st): ye chudail apne aap ko samajhti kya hain? romancing with that sadoo Aman like that...chiii puke puke...(what does that girl thinks of her romancing with that aman like that chi)

He held his girlfriend's hand and literally dragged her towards the ride. And now it so happened that our adventure lovers Yash and Aarti sat at the far end of the rode. People filled the seats, all wanting to sit anywhere but the middle...its no thrill in the middle.

Sadly for Pratik and Pari, they ended up in the middle seats and the worst part"the seats faced each other. Both sat with their respective partners, shooting deathly glares to each other.

As the ride started, Yash and Aarti involuntarily held on to each other's hands, smiling. But somewere both was sad about the fact that both are bonded with different people but they were not aware of this feeling as they thought this saddness was because they were missing Arpita and Prashant respectively.

Aarti: Yash..abhi bhi time hain...tell me if you have puking tendency.. (yash you still have time tell me if you have puking tendency)

Yash: are you genuinely curious or being sarcastic han?

The ride picked up speed..Yash and Aarti screamed in excitement..their screams drowning and rising among the noise other people created.

Pratik was trembling with fear. Poor guy had vomiting tendency. He felt dizzy and can't even get off the ride. He hugged his girlfriend tight and started mumbling, "jai hanuman gyan gun sagar..jai kapish tihun lok ujagar..."

Pari held on to Aman and closed her eyes. Aman sighed sadly, "kahan phass gaya yaar.." (were am i stuck)

Aarti turned to looked at Yash..he had a wide smile on his face...his hair ruffling in air...his eyes sparkling...! For a moment she felt the time slowing down...Her eyes transfixed on him...her heart beating faster and faster..a smile automatically formed on her lips seeing his face. She wanted to see him smile and not sulk alone in his room..she achieved that. a feeling of satisfaction seeped into her just because she made him feel better. She couldn't even describe what she felt..unknown of the reason.

Yash found Aarti quiet. He turned to see her eyes fixed on him..so intent and so lost!!! He couldn't understand anything. But he thought that may be she is missing Prashant like hell and thought of distracting her.

Yash: aise kya dekh rahi hai? (why are you looking at me like this)

Aarti snapped out of her thoughts and looked away feeling embarrassed at being caught like that.

Aarti: na..nahi..kuch nahi!!!!! (no nothing)

As they got down, Pratik rushed to find the washroom, feeling giddy. Aman turned to look at Aarti..she was happily holding Yash's arms, smiling, talking, giggling..he smiled too...feeling a warmth in his heart!!!
