@Borna...Hi, I'm Bharathi...earlier I was going under the username bharathisamy but changed it after a while!!!!

First, yours is one post I ALWAYS make sure I read especially your episode takes...I always worry that I'll miss it especially if you have edited it...is there any way I can read all your takes/creations ...not very IT savvy..so not sure what to do to click and get all your posts!!!!

Coming back to our sweetheart, I feel truly blessed to have travelled the journey with her as Aarti...I'm not a serial-viewer, but I always remembered a few episodes I caught of her as JKR...always loved the her expressive eyes in the JKR montage!!!

Then, one fine day as I was browsing through the channels, caught a scene where she was asking Yash permission to celebrate Palak's birthday!!!!! Recognised her immediately and thought lets just watch...was impressed by both our leads' interaction...after a few episodes decided I had to know the story from the beginning, so scouted the net and found the Zeetv episodes ...had a marathon run for around 5 days and I was hooked!!!!!

I still wasn't happy as there were no subtitles...I can understand Hindi a little but wanted to know every bit of their interaction...so browsed again and found Desirippers site with English subtitles...and again had another marathon run!!!!

All the time I watched, my eyes would automatically go to KS whenever she was on screen...I simply could not resist her...she was a good match for GC as she stood up tall to him in terms of talent...so no matter how handsome he looked, she still stole the show for me!!!!

She is our Aarti...always my sweetheart!!!

Congratulations to the 8th KS AT thread and i am sure it's going to be full of great discussions again.

Thank you Siddu and MJ sis, for opening it again..

I'm still in a bad state of denial with the show's ending that reading the last few pages of the discussion in the 7th thread even made it harder to digest what the channel have done.

Anyway,so glad that for YT, at least the episodes are complete, sorry for those who are having trouble seeing the whole lot.. I guess it depends on regional copyrights as i can see all the vids fine😕

Hah! I was wondering if you were going to say something at some point, Jac! 😆 I went to my dashboard and saw a stranger reblogging some stuff, and I was like, "Who is this?! Nobody knows me here!" And then I did some investigating and had the largest smile on my face when I found out who that stranger was! 🤗

I knew you would be wondering. 😆 I was going through major withdrawl so I popped up on Tumblr and began hunting Yash-Aarti down, then stumbled upon your blog. 🤗 We need more Yash-Aarti fans over there. On the appreciation blog, I think I know the one you're talking about. I saw the header, then looked at the content and got really confused. IA, I like the idea of us making a Tumblr site for them now. Even if it's a little late, the fact that most of us or, at least, some of us are planning a rewatch anyway seems like a good time to do it. I'll be reblogging like a mad woman. 😆 How would we go about making it a sort of group project? Or would it be better if one person manages it herself/himself?

Withdrawal is pretty terrible over here, too. I suddenly feel like crying but then I end up finding an outlet for emotions that doesn't involve shedding tears...😆 Darn the PV Team's music people! They were so good at picking songs! Now they're a major reason why I get emotional all the time! Full circle for me. Again.

I think I know how to make a multi-author Tumblr blog. Will PM you about it if you're up for being a co-creator! I'm more than willing to be in charge of the thing...But the gifs will have to wait, since I don't know how to make anything yet! 😆

OMG! Jac, me too! i just saw the post about Kirti and Tillu's gift to GK and i surely want a copy.. The duo look genuinely happy to have it on their hands..

Kirti, if you read this, i hope you'll have mercy and tell us the verdict if you could make a few prints because i am not the only one craving for it.. 😳😳😳..

Bharathi: Oh my gosh! You changed your username! 😲 Aww, it's great to be interacting with you more now, Bharathi! 🤗 Thank you so much for the kind words about my posts, too. I know that a lot of them are still blank and/or incomplete, and I do plan to complete them before I start watching the show from the beginning again...And the archive for my posts is another thing that is still in the back of my mind. It will happen one day, and this is probably the first place I'll post the link.

Ah, JKR. Yesterday I came across one of Kratika's first BTS segments from the JKR days...It was one that I hadn't seen yet, and I loved watching how Kratika posed, in-character, for the cameras. It always leaves me stunned when I see her demeanor change according to her character's personality traits. She was also riding her horse in that segment while Sameer was with her, holding the mike (LOL) and complimenting her on how well she controls the horse. Very neat, seeing those two and their horses, since I am totally determined to watch JKR still! Gosh, so many TV-related plans. Wonder if I will have the time to actually watch anything other than PV-ZMD and VLTL...LOL.

My like button is acting strange! I miss my laptop already. =( Anyways, I am just going to be a little random out here. Has anyone watched PV-ENU? I caught the repeat of the first episode, for some strange reason. I don't know what I was expecting but the episode left me feeling angry and by the end of the episode, I was crying. Crying because the show that was so meaningful and thoughtful had been ruined. Crying because the beauty of Ek Duje Ki Waaste was lost. Crying because I was missing Gurmeet and Kratika so darn much!

Hey there Bharathi! Welcome to the AT. =) Loved that post by you but I am going to disagree with you on this bit out here in italics.

I think the beauty of Gurmeet and Kratika's pairing was that no one stole the show. Both of them were equally good and if anything, both of them stole the show with their performances all the time. I remember reading a TOI article which said that Gurmeet used to steal the show and I remember disagreeing to that, even then. GK are so perfect together, one picks up from where the other left. That is why I could never solely focus on either when I used to watch their scenes. It was always a joint unit that I was attracted to, where both balance each other. That is something that I would miss, if GK don't get to work with each other in the future and have to work with new co-stars. =) But that's purely my feeling, hope I didn't offend you! <3

I am watching Sadiie's (?) uploaded YDH with english translation of the lyrics and i wonder how is that going to apply to the new couple's story when according to the storyline, they had connection in the past..?

All the more i am convinced that this song should remain with PV1 only because the lyrics pictured perfectly what they were from the beginning till the end..❤️

EDIT: not meant to hurt the second show's fans, i just felt the lyircs are more appropriate for Yash and Aarti..😳

EDIT AGAIN: Disha, maybe we could try torture Tillu and Kirti for the popular demand😆

Borna, on my Tumblr url, yeah. I'm not easy to pick out. 😆 I've been on Tumblr for a bit and I had no idea you were there too. Had I known, I think I would have been reblogging Yash-Aarti stuff earlier.

You know how to do a multi-author blog? That's great! 😃 I wouldn't mind being a co-creator. However, I don't think I'll be a reliable one with my erratic timings. My contribution will also be fairly limited to rambling/musing about favorite scenes and such. 😳 But if none of that is a problem for you, then let's see what we can do. We'll definitely need a few image and gif makers on the team, though, since Tumblr seems to be a rather visually-driven medium.

Oh, the withdrawal on the forum is palpable. I don't think I've ever been on a forum where the members seem so adrift after a show ended. I think it's because our version of the show ended so prematurely, and we all were more attached than we realized. You know, I haven't felt like crying in awhile, but today I too almost felt like crying after reading a thread about the way our TRPs went up on the final week for us. I ended up fighting back the tears but I was left feeling a little hollow. It was a combination of things -- frustration that ZeeTV lacked vision and patience; sadness that our cast wasn't trusted; and sadness that the chances of seeing Gurmeet and Kratika as leads again in another project (show or film or short film) to compensate for this premature closure is slim to zero. *sigh*

Enid, the books are so pretty. Borna is the one who wants a copy as well. On your earlier post, I can't blame you about the residual resentment over the Channel's actions. As I was reading over the last part of Thread 7, I was reminded that there were some changes in the ZeeTV administration in January and that may very likely have had a lot to do with the predicament PV-ZMD was in. So much we don't know, but can only decipher and get a sense of.

IA. For me too. They met and matched each other in every single scene. Neither one diffused or overpowered the other. They came to each scene as a team. ❤️
