Yash is admired in the house because hes been good as a father, a hushand, a wedding planner, a brother , a son and a devar not because hes been brought by the Sicindias under their name. Its his basic character which has made him good. He lost track during the Bhang CON and subsequence Hulk avatar but that was to get him out of the Arpita obsession and accept Aarti in full spirit and realise her importance in his life.
Aarti too never succeeded as long as she tried to be Arpita or take her place once she became her independent self is when Yash started admiring and loving her more.
