Khair, coming back to the update, even here, Aarti didnt seem to understand Yash. Earlier, she thought he would leave her and even now she thought he would not agree to adopt a child, this is so similar to the actual Aarti, hai na???

But Yash took the cake with his cuteness and understanding of this relation and knowing each and every need of his WIFE...
