My only question if she does not talk with him how will he know the situation,and why to give him time?? what to think about -To return back in arpita world.

I think Aarti should tell Yash .. pull him back to reality ... face what's in front of him, not in his past, not in his dream but the person in front of him needs him more than ever -- especially now that she's carrying his child. Yash needs time? It's not fair for Aarti since both takes this action together .. they both needs to face this together .. if given time, by the time he learn about the pregnancy, her tummy already got big then he starts to question .. no, he needs to know it asap!

You are right this is the news which will make him feel that unoticed he moved on in life that he's still living while Arpita is dead.
