in the hospital arti is asking yash to forgive her for her mistake, she totally believe it to be the fire, she really doesn't have a clue as to why he is upset with her.i do hope that after all this extreme hype that the reason doesn't turn out to be something that the viewers consider to be 'lame'. arti seems to be betraying him in his eyes and arpita also betrayed him by dying...so get rid of everyone and punish himself until he dies because the unthinkable happened he fell in love a second time with arti...he betrayed arpita and arti betrayed him with her friend...we will have to see what cause yash to feel that arti is in love with someone else...

it is interesting arti has no clue of his anger and she claims her life to him this can only happen in drunken state. it seems besides yash entire family in mumbai went through temporary amnesia.
it could be that yash realized his possessiveness towards her and tried to fig out why her not being with him is bothering him even though he doesn't care about her and she is just the mom to kids.
that's when he realized that his heart is divided between past and present
