Ninand, I don't think the CVs are trying to justify Yash's behavior at all. In fact there is no justification. Knowing the way the Mittals build their stories (from their other show on star plus), I don't think they are going to brush Yash's behavior under the rug by saying " oh he needs psychiatric help, so it is okay whatever he did". I think they are tackling head on the issue that Yash is sick and right now what is important is that he needs help. When Yash comes back to his senses where he can rationally process things, I think they will show him going through immense guilt and remorse at what he unjustly put Aarti through. Looking back at the past 6 months, I think they always meant to show Yash as someone whose mental stability was very much in danger of being shaken. But then again, I suppose it is all in the perception of the viewer. 😃

ah.. well I dont know the Mittals or any show on starplus, so I'll take your word for it. Its not so much Yash or his sudden incredible breakdown that brought about this disappointment though..

I was ready to patiently await what comes next if not for the really stupid manner in which Aarti forgot and then remembered almost as an afterthought , the entire fire incident in mumbai. Its ludicrous that she forgot the incident which was so dramatic and which must have been a definite trigger to his breakdown.
This made me think that Yash or his condition, would not be dealt with in a cohesive fashion.

lets hope your optimism holds then:)
