I know the past few episodes are really stressing everyone out... we're all either trying to justify Yash's behaviour and think of ways he can redeem himself or we've given up on him entirely. I am still part of the former group. lol. Also, I don't know if I am the only one but doesn't GC just look extra adorable throwing things around and being all angry young man?😍 Maybe I am getting used to Yash acting this way but I actually enjoyed today's episode. I couldn't help but smile at the Yash/G3 scene... and I love how he doesn't see even say a word... and awww he probably hasn't even eaten or slept in days... I just feel like pulling his cheeks. hmmm maybe I should stop there. something is def. wrong with me. lol. 😆 sorry didn't mean to freak anyone out.
OHH the reason for my post! I wanted to lighten up the mood here. So I wanted to ask: Does anyone else think the BG music in this AarYa scene resembles the Peanuts Theme song?... (5:40 and onwards)

First of all, that title certainly caught my attention! 😆

I guess it does sound a little bit like the Peanuts Theme, although that thought never crossed my mind before! I love all the music used in the show and end up getting lost in the background score's perfection (most of the time) while watching Yash/Aarti scenes because the music complements Gurmeet and Kratika so well.
I haven't given up on Yash, Aarti, or the creatives, and I doubt I ever will! *raises the positivity flag* Yash may be unleashing his pent-up emotions in an angry outburst directed towards Aarti now, but I see it as something like catharsis for him...And that's necessary because it's better late than never, right? I also loved the details in that Gayatri/Yash scene...Like you said, he didn't say a word to Gayatri - he's attacking Aarti with an onslaught of words, but he's not really speaking to anyone else at all. He's back to being silent and the family is back to being scared of his feelings (like with Arpita's death) but the most important thing is that Aarti didn't leave him alone to wallow in misery. She kept coming back, and in doing so has helped unleash some of that pain that has been bottled up for too long...
Edit: I just watched the nighttime scene twice in a row. Oh, the adorableness! Those expressions are so CUTE. Yash's little shake of the head and Aarti's quizzical looks with that narrowing of the eyes...Is it any wonder why I love Gurmeet, Kratika, and their characters in this show the way I do?

Artemis, thank you so much for the clip.

Thank you for lightning the mood. 😃 I agree, in that scene between Yash and Gayatri, GC was superb. I got the feeling that, what Gayatri did today was her way of dealing with Yash when Arpita died. She probably refused to let anyone else bother or question Yash. As a result, looks like Yash was stuck in the denial phase of grieving process. And Aarti has triggered the anger phase and hopefully the acceptance phase is very near. 😕 Both Yash and Aarti are reliving their experience when their respective first spouses left them. Although I want to clonk Yash on his head, I know everything will be fine. It is amazing how I still have my faith in these CVs. 😆

That morning scene where Yash watches Aarti with his adoring gaze will be one of my favorite PV scene for ever. And how angelic did Aarti look sleeping like that. It beats me how two extremely good looking people like these two have managed to keep their hands to themselves so far. 😆

I know it's not a lot like the Peanuts Theme but I had to do something to bring some positivity to this forum. It seems like lately everyone only comes here to vent. tbh, I did that for a few days but then I realized this new Yash is here to stay and all this anger and stress is not good for anyone's health. lol.
Don't get me wrong. I don't agree with anything Yash's doing. He's not acting like a rational, grown up human being. I guess all that attention and pampering by his family and his first wife has stunted his emotional growth. I make myself feel better by thinking that he's going to pay big time for his actions... not now... maybe when prashant enters the picture.
abt Aarti: I can't make up my mind if I agree with how she's handling this situation or not. I know some ppl are saying "we want the old Aarti back." but I actually think this is the real Aarti. she loses all her self-confidence and her ability to reason as soon as she realises she's about to lose something very important to her. we saw this with prashant and with Ansh. and bcz Prashant always made her feel worthless and abandoned her, we see her always crying and begging forgiveness when she's done nothing wrong. In other words, bcz of Aarti's past, we're willing to make some allowances for her behavior. But she has to change! she'll only earn Yash and the Scindia family's respect if she learns to respect herself.
... hmmm so you DON'T think GC is cuter when he's angry. I thought at least you'd understand my feelings. 😭 lol
I LOVE that scene too. I watched it a couple of times. that's why i noticed the BG tune. I love their expressions! we never need any words between these two. their eyes say it all.

thanxx for commenting. @ Bold: I completely agree. I just hope this phase is near it's end... not just for AarYa's sake but for the rest of the family too. I don't even want to think about how this is affecting the children.
LOL yeah I wonder about that too. and they sleep on the same bed... Yash has amazing self control. 😆😆

@Diana: The characterization of Yash and Aarti is so complex that I am content to just sit and wait for intense phases like this one to pass so that I can reflect on what we've learned about the two of them so far. There are certain traits in both Yash and Aarti that have been carried through consistently, but it is true that a lot of slow evolution has occurred since the first episode, even though that progress may not have been linear all the time, and I like that because it's realistic. Aah, Aarti's self-confidence and self-respect...I have a feeling that Yash's love for Aarti might play a part in bringing out Aarti's insecurities (if the creatives are going to tackle that, which I hope they will!) but there's time for that.
LOL! I like Gurmeet enough that it really doesn't matter if Yash is happy, sad, or angry - he emotes so well that I can't look away for a moment. Same with Kratika, as you probably may have guessed...And when those two are in the same frame, the intensity is overwhelming! These recent highly-charged scenes with Yash all angry at Aarti have been so amazing to watch because of the way they react to each other!
@Kirthi: Loved every word of your post!

AWW Diana your post made me so happy =D! And no hun you're not alone... I love GC in his angry young man avatar... he's just delicious in it... uff the way his eyes possess the emotion he's expressing..it's amazing...the first scene where he gets up and is writhing from the pain of the fall...the way he contorted his face to show the pain was phenomenal! <3
About the Peanuts Theme...I actually don't know what that is but I can say that I love love the BGM for PV =D Esp the ones used on AarYa ... the team does a fab job with it..

That is my fav. scene as well. I think I am really going to enjoy Yash falling in love because he's so adorably shy and unlike Aarti, he's going to be in denial about his feelings for a while.
@ Bold: thank you. phewww I knew I couldn't be the only one enjoying Yash's tantrums. I love that he's so different from the other male leads I've seen in soaps. He's such a baby and he has two kids! the irony! lol
