@Samana: Loved your take!👏👏👏👏👏 I think we both have analysed the episode in terms of the "sequence of conversations" ...
Actually Samana I have reservations about this theory that Aarti's plan is going to backfire big time and that Shobha's caution gave hints of this backfiring. I felt as if that caution from Shobha was a red-herring, and eventually the twist will be that Aarti succeeds with Palak.
That's why I am hanging on to the line you've written: "But the conch blew after Shobha's prayer which translates from serial speak to "Aarti has been blessed and will succeed in the end."

@ Jyo loved the analysis.

But I still have a feeling that the plan may not back fire as the 3 months condition is there.

@Geets: What a beautiful song! It is one of my favourites and I just love Sadhana's expressions in it which reveal all the many layers of emotion in the words and the melody. And amen to the quote about "waqt" that you posted in the last thread! i didn't get to reply there but I totally agree! You must do what you can with what you have because if you spend all your time in regret, all you will have to look back on is regret.

@Mansi: I loved the way you unpacked all of Aarti's arguments! She was indeed a wonder today with her patience and her perseverance, but what I loved most was her humility. Never once did she look triumphant or smug but rather afraid of if she could really do what she was hoping to. That to me was her greatest strength. Question is, what trump card did she use on Palak?

@Jyo: I loved your observation of Shobha. It is true, she has her eyes on the horizon always while Aarti is the complete opposite, always acting in the heat of the moment. But what I liked today was that Shobha did not enforce anything on Aarti but gave her blessings and prayed for her. As much as I do agree with Shobha to an extent, I have the same issue with her here as I did with Aarti telling the truth. She doesn't have all the information. She doesn't know how impossible it is to get through to Palak as Aarti because Palak has all the openings to her heart closed tightly to anyone who is not Yash or Arpita. She is a very closed off person, naturally and even more so now that she has faced this loss. Shobha is not aware of how attached Palak was to her mother, how Yash has kept her alive etc. so I am not so sure her advice was totally correct here either, though I am not for Aarti becoming Arpita in a very literal sense.

I think aarti will say that arpita will not be happy to see her daughter sad on her birthday and she will be watching her as a star in the sky.

she may also say that by celebrating her birthday party she can bring happiness on the face of both yash and aarpita and they plan a surprise to yash and thats the reason they are not disclosing it to yash.
Aarti will make some place in palaks heart by making her realize how happy her family is to see her celebrating her birthday.
palak maynot call aarti as maa so soon but her hatred towards her will faint and one day she will call her mom wholeheartedly as she will realize that aarti will never take arpita's place in her heart.

@ Samana,

When they show Shobha praying to God, the background music was same as when Yash finally decide to get marry and went to temple. So may its a beginning for Palak- Arati relation.

There are chances that the plan may back fire but with the 3 months condition as today both Arati and G3 said the same, the plan mostly have the chance to succeed.

@Samana : Loved your take 👏👏👏..I got to say Aarti really showed maturity and patience while convincing about the birthday party to Yash 👏👏..Not once she tried to argue with him but rather she used polite words to explain her POV as a mother and thats what stuck a chord with Yash and he gave the permission 😳... Also Aarti was smart to used the Arpita card first and then remind him of what all he did in Ansh matter 😉... There was no way Yash could hv argued there with Aarti 😆

I know everyone loved the episode but my opinion might be in minority so please bear with me so i am sorry i am not impressed with aarti trying to be arpita to win palaks heart as she could have done it in more realistic way step by step slowly and not in this stupid way as it will backfire spectacularly and you should not lie to children especially in sensitive matter like dead parent it could have psychological impact

@Mumbaiindian :The basic plot itself is to see how the plan backfires and Aarti realises her mistake of changing her identity ..let the story unfold before jumping to conclusion 😊
@Mansi and Asha :I dont think the plan backfiring will b major ...they might quickly bring in a solution as well where Aarti might do something drastic for Palak as Aarti only and not as Arpita and this way she might manage to win her heart and trust as Aarti and then Aarti will automatically realise that she can win trust and heart only with her own identity 😳

I find it amusing that stories of both shows at same time slot have taken illogical turn at same time and are moving away from their core storyline and frankly speaking there has been many overlaps in storyline back and forth and now both the shows are also turning me off at same time so cheers
