10 points why I love this forum:
1) Has to be the DC! Love that place 😉 It's become a daily outlet where we can go and discuss anything and everything about PV and have a great time about it!
2) All the fans here! This is the first forum that I have been on (of a popular show) in which everyone is so appreciative, calm, and peaceful for the most part! Yes, we started off a little rocky but ever since then the loyalty of every member of this forum to this show, it's characters and it's actors is mind blowing!
3) All the different kind of posts that keep cropping up here! This shows that everyone is comfortable enough with sharing their opinion because they know it will be respected! This is the maturity many forums lack!
4) Our dedication to making this show #1 but never going overboard with it! I love how we are all invested in doing our share for the show but at the end of the day we don't make it a life or death matter! Because for some shows being at a certain rank is an absolute must or the world ends, but we take all these ups and downs in stride without targeting any other show (most of the time)!
5) The enthusiasm we share over the show's biggest and smallest victories! We are the prime examples of the supporters of the term "slow and steady wins the race" and so we appreciate every little landmark our show crosses! I remember we had a full on forum party a month ago when PV became the slot and channel leader in terms of TRP! Despite all the odds stacked against us we stayed strong and believed that quality will win out in the end, and that's what we see happening!
6) The love and appreciation that the fans here show not just for our leads but our entire supporting cast and crew as well! It's very rare when you see fans appreciating almost everyone involved in the show, but PV is one of them! When we started off, there were mostly GC fans here, but in these three months, Kratika has made her way up right there with him and very deservedly so! The fans gave her an open minded chance and she won them over completely! So this full on acceptance and love for her is always heartening to see!
7) The extremely creative fans around here! Whether it be FFs, VMs or fan art (GIFs and/or siggies), they're all mind blowing 👏 and make this forum and this show such a colorful and musical delight! There is always one thing or another (especially on the AarYa front) going around that manages to put a smile on my face!
8) Branching off #7, I would like to say that I think we're also the first forum to have such elaborate and brilliantly done comic strip sections that have all of us rolling, courtesy of Angel, and now Mamita as well! And the caricatures that they have etched out for the Senior Scindias- Casanova, Dragoness and Boa, have become a common reference point among all the fans! What other show have you seen where the elder characters get so much importance, even if it is in a totally CRACK! form 😆
9) Our wonderful Dev. Team who does a wonderful job of keeping everything going without having too raise the danda too often 😆
10) All my fellow DC members! I just love every single one of them, and we've all become such a tight knit group in such a short amount of time, and we really have a blast! So much so that now it's become a mandatory must for me to spend some time over there everyday otherwise my day isn't complete!
Points I don't like...Well there isn't really anything I dislike around here especially since I like staying away from fandom wars and drama (which I really haven't seen here)! Had you asked me this right after the show started I probably would have had a whole list, but now I am more than happy with the way things are here! Like I mentioned above the tolerance and patience level of the fans around here is astounding, something you don't see in most fandoms! And their respect for all sorts of opinion is pretty heartening to see as well!
So just like the show hasn't disappointed me so far, this forum hasn't either and things just keep getting and better! And I just hope that it remains this way in the long run as well!
