True SRK has been unlucky for Zees TRPS . Very saddened to see the TRPs drop below 2 . Hope this week we see better TRPs with all the publicity thats going on with the show.

@Jyoti, you are right. People like me who are not fans of GC or KS, who are watching the show for the concept, have skipped all the episodes. I read the written updates and gone through the aU threads.

If I remember correct, I watched only Friday episode and did not see the other ones in that week... and saw the marriage epi on Mon and Tues because lot of promotion is done.

And they did not promote the high pitch twist about prashant... That could have raised some interest

Yes. I represent general viewer for this show because I do not have any attachement to any actor. though I watch on internet, my preceptions may represent common janata ...

@Apoorvafan :Even I feel the same ..the trps will rise once AarYa starts interacting on a regular basis which is possible only now after marriage when both will b living under same roof and sharing the bedroom ...Viewers want to see the main leads interaction now as its a long wait for them since the show started 😳

@Jyo and AF: I agree with everything you are saying. The wedding drama was not promoted well. In fact it could have served them better not to make it so obvious that Yash and Aarti would get married easily in the end. If they had highlighted the will they-won't they of Aarti and Prashant, of Aarti learning the truth, it might have been better. Most people would have thought that this week was a filler, which they did misrepresent it as in the promotions.

EDIT: I am actually curious about the TRPs of the repeats and we should check out the online views of the episodes. That might give us a better picture this week as the lack of promotion focusing on last week's drama might have skewed the numbers.

Yes, the way they promoted PV last week was wrong. Every one knew whatever be the reason marriage was definitely going to happen. So, its better, to watch after that. I think may be they won't get a high trp for the marriage also. It will now increase only after the marriage week as all are interested in the interaction of ArYa after marriage.

OK, I don't profess to understand the TRP system, but I realize that general viewer wants to see a show if the ongoing track has some substance and thrill in it. And if you have all these in your current episodes yet don't promote well, audience will not be roped in. They will stay at the periphery and wait for the tracks they want to see to take the daily-viewing plunge. I guess most of the viewers thought that the story took a backseat in lieu of the barrage of TV/movie stars called in to do the dances and scenes. In the promos, they saw SRK when Prashant track was on...and they saw Manav/Archana et al. dancing when Aarti/Dubey clash was on. So, misinformation downed the TRPs.
