And if you have all these in your current episodes yet don't promote well, audience will not be roped in. They will stay at the periphery and wait for the tracks they want to see to take the daily-viewing plunge. I guess most of the viewers thought that the story took a backseat in lieu of the barrage of TV/movie stars called in to do the dances and scenes. In the promos, they saw SRK when Prashant track was on...and they saw Manav/Archana et al. dancing when Aarti/Dubey clash was on. So, misinformation downed the TRPs.

'
Thats exactly the point ...promotion strategy is wrong ...during the whole suspense and interesting twist going on ,promos r misleading as it shows marriage already happened with all dancing in marriage ...
General viewers r more interested to see the twists and thrills rather than gimmicks ..
TRPs will go up automatically even without any promotion once AarYa interaction starts on a daily basis ...people want to see more of Yash-Aarti scenes 😳😳...and last week we hardly had any Yash-Aarti scene ..hai na

Mr.Loin was a popular villain character like Mr.Mogambo ...In early 60s ,famous actor Ajit played the role of Mr.Loin in one of the films and hjis muse was called Mona darling 😆...Mr.Loin used to put his orders and Mona followed it 😆
Daddy Scindia at times does sound like Mr.Loin giving his orders to his Mona Darling which is Mommy Scindia 😆😆

Another point of discussion that I would like to bring up. I think this whole lie thing might work out really well for AarYa's relationship from a viewer's point of view. When they start having feelings for each other, this will be a factor in the back that creates tension in their relationship. As we know it is going to be a constant push and pull between them when it comes to their feeling, with one going two steps forward and the other going one step back, one going two steps backwards and the other coming one step forward, you get the idea.

Now if for some reason, Aarti just includes this lie as part of the samjhota of this marriage it could come into play really powerfully when she realises she is starting to have feelings for Yash or that he is starting to have feelings for her. She will be in a dilemma as to how she can rightfully feel these things when she has hidden such a huge thing from him, and will have a new surge of need to tell him the truth, and he can be confused about why she seems to be reciprocating his growing feelings but pulling away with equal force just as they are about to go one level higher.

The lie could very well serve the tension and the weight of the romance, adding moments of delicious angst and confusion from both characters...think about it.😃

Another thing which may see the same TRPs this week also is that all the dance sequences were shown on SBB/SBS and other news channels and no one were expected that the regular story/ drama also would be dealt with as in Aarti Dubey scenes etc and so no one would be really interested in the episodes too becoz they already know what to expect from the shaadi ke episodes,

My mom was such anyway only nach gaana already shown in all segments then why you want to watch the 1 hr specials she was asking. didnt expect the drama at all so guess it would have been the same with most viewers.

Thank you for the update and analysis, Jyoti, the episode sounds so interesting! Can you believe it that I haven't seen either of the Maha episodes yet? I just haven't found time with my school and internship, so I'm definitely gonna try today to catch up.

@Samana :I agree there has to b a certain tension in AarYa relationship post marriage which can play an interesting catalyst in their relationship later once both develop some feelings for each other 😳😳..the pre-confession phase when both go through this denial mode because of various issue is quite interestig to watch as we can see lots of passionplay and sexual tension between both and it does help in trp ratings too 😛...so if CVs want ,this whole lie can b palyed out well as a catalyst in AarYa love track 😳
@Phalguni :Yup in the marriage SBS/SBB mainly hv showed us all the performances ...so in promos they should hv actually highlighted the twists more than these dance performances ...the promotional strategy was a bit wrong but still I feel wedding will get the trps because of overall hype surrounding it ...😳
@Janaki :'Oh gosh u should catch out last two epis ..especially the last marriage epi ..its really wonderful and the detailing of the marriage was shown perfectly 😳😳

@Jyo: Exactly! I feel like Aarti will be in an emotional-zombie state after having to give up everything she holds dear now, i.e. her name, her independence, her integrity, and even Prashant! She will tell herself that it doesn't matter if Yash knows the truth or not because she is just there to do a job, be a mother to his children.

Dubey I think pushed her beyond the point of caring and I think she will resign herself to a life of imprisonment with this lie, an imprisonment from which she seeks no means of escaping. But once she starts having feelings for Yash, she may want to escape the prison of her parents' lie but the thought of the results will hold her back, creating some wonderful conflict. She won't be free to love him and accept his love until this lie is cleared up but she doesn't know if she will have that love when he finds out...

I hope the CVs make good use of this story element. 😃

@Samana :Exactly ...even in last scene yesterday Aarti was like she needs to make it clear to Yash that she is marrying for kids ...so somewhere she is hving mechanical thoughts on this whole marriage and mayb now she feels it does not matter Yash knows the truth or not because both r doing it only for their kids ...there r no emotions or feelings attached in this relationship at this point
But the day Aarti will start developing feelings for Yash ,she might actually feel the need of telling him the truth since that will b the day when both might want to actually start their relationship as husband-wife in true sense and Aarti will not want to start the relationship with a lie ...🤔

@Jyo/Samana...but on y'day's precap, she asks her parents (Dubeys) "what happiness when living a lie?"...this means she still has that lie hurting her soul...

and from the first wedding night promos shown earlier...Yash clearly asks her whether she feels the same about her previous husband...there she'll be reminded of the lie right???...Will she keep quiet then also???

P.S. Samana...I love to read your detailed analysis and write-ups along with the others😊...you people are doing a wonderful job😊👏😊👏...was following ur write-ups from GHSP...
